    Flood sensor installed by Brandon

    Brandon was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided us with a lot information regarding the product and guided us with how to maximize the use of the product.

    Simply Smart Home - Excellent job

    This was my first time using this service. I had my thermostat and furnace wiring rearranged very quickly by Brandon and Yuri who were very helpful and informative. Will be using their service in the future if needed!

    Nest c o detector

    I talked to Brandon from technical support because much o detector wasnt connecting to my phone. Just turn out that I had to restart my new modem and reconnect my detector to the new modem

    Thankless water heater repair

    Han is really good technician he did an awesome work to get hot water come back highly recommend his serviece

    Installation of a Flood Sensor

    Once again Simply Smart Home come to my home and provided a "peace of mind" service. Today, Brandon installed a Flood Sensor in my furnace room and set the feature up on my Smart Smart Home app. Simply Smart Home has previously installed a tankless hot water, a heat pump and provided complimentary equipment inspections every 6 months. I highly recommend this company.

    water heater repair

    Han was the technician who came in to fix the water heater which was not heating up, however Han checked thoroughly with meter readings, cleaned the clogged gas accumulation and the heater started working. I will recommend calling him.

    Smart Doorbell Reconnect

    I spoke with Brandon from tech support. He was very patient explained everything properly and within 10 minutes I was up and running with my door bell. I basically had gotten a different modem from my Internet provider so the doorbell was disconnected but Brandon was super helpful.

    Great service

    We had a technician Brandon form the company come in to install the simply camera into out home for protection and I didnt expect him to be so informative, I was worried about some of the technical parts of the installation and curious to exactly how it worked, after installation he walked us through how to use the camera and how it worked. Good work and kind staff! Excited to have our new camera in!

    Plumbing repair

    We had a leak in the ceiling of the basement below the main floor powder room. We have a maintenance contract with Simply Smart Home and called them. Oleg, one of their plumbers came in on Sunday and fixed the leak which was due to a bad gasket at the seat of the toilet in the powder room. Oleg was professional, courteous, clean and explained to us what he was doing. The maintenance contract with Simply Smart is a good expenditure and their people are professionals.
