    Dishonest company. Avoid at all cost!

    I'm renting a water heater from this company. The initial monthly cost was attractive, but buried in the contract and never mentioned by the sales is that they *WILL* increase your fees every year! I went from $32/month in 2019 to $39/month in 2023! Now they are trying to do away with credit card payments and want us to allow them preauthorized bank debits. Do NOT sign up with this company!

    HVAC

    Ashraf was a great help to complete our heat pump installation which initially had an issue. He was also very meticulous in detailing it's operation and I was very happy with his clear instructions and great work done by Ashraf. 5 stars!

    Hidden Charges

    I got it 3 years back on 29.75 plus tax. Now my billing after 3 years is 37 with tax. They said there is increase of 7% every year and mentioned in contract. I noticed it late. So beware if you are buying from this company. The sales agent never mentioned and assured us the mentioned price when we purchased it first. Use it at your own risk. 90% of home products providers are sketchy. Only go with a reputed brand.

    Reconnect Google items

    Our Google items crashed after Rogers updated our townhouse complex to their Ignite system. I was able to successfully reconnect all the speakers however, I could not make the doorbell or hub come back to life. Brandon called me and was able to talk me through the entire process very successfully. He was calm, patient, very professional. I know very little about these things, and he took his time and explained everything to me step-by-step. I could not have asked for better assistance. Congratulations and thank you Brandon

    Hidden charges and trap

    Very disappointed with the service and faulty products given. I was happy with my previous water heater and I was tricked by the sales agent to get Simply smart water heater installed. My costs went up from 28.5 a month to 35.59 and this year they again increased the rate by another 6% (they say its part of the contract you signed) I was given a complimentary door bell which stopped working after few months and when I called was told they will charge 99 + tax for the service agent to visit. They don't care of customer satisfaction and I was told to write review if I was not happy.

    Tankless water heater service

    Technician Ashraf was prompt, clean and professional, completing the maintenance on the tank. Called ahead, arrived on time, was very clean and quick and polite.

    Great work by Oscar from Simply Smart Home

    Oscar has fixed the require electric service for my heat pump. It was not an easy job, but he has taken his time, made a proper plan and implemented it. He answers my questions as well. I recommend his service. Thank You Oscar
