    Smoke Detectors and water heater

    Mark installed smoke detectors and a brand new water heater in our home in Oakville. Everything was done very professionally and on time. We are so happy to be equipped with the latest technology. I highly recommend his services.

    Ac installation

    Nest hello installation

    I enjoyed working with Mark, he was very helpful in assisting me with my nest hello doorbell. We switched our water heater from reliance to Simply smart home for the same price and we are very happy with the service we've been getting. Thank you very much.

    Water heater installation

    Mark came by to install a nest protect in my house. Great service! I also upgraded my water heater at no extra cost and got 2 more nest protects for free. Great value! Thank you Mark and simply smart home.

    Nest E installation

    Mark installed my nest E thermostat today. He was a great help when i had to download the app simce im not the most tech savey. Everything is working well. Thank you Mark and simply smart home.

    Nest Protect

    Devraj provides good customer service... he explains very well & is punctual. He helped to educate on safety of the house and how to improve the safety. He was not pushy to purchase or sign up for the products.

    Whole home hepa filtration system

    I had the company, which is a nest installation pro, come look at my nest thermostat. While they were there they started talking about furnaces, air conditioners and other hvac stuff. They gave me a verbal quote for a new hepa filtration system for my furnace as i had been looking for one to improve my allergy situation. I expected them to send me a written quote and asked for one and they said they would send it. I saw them a couple of days later again and they asked if i wanted to book the install of the hepa system. I had checked it out on consumer reports and googled the company. So i agreed and asked for the quote again. They booked the install and the parent company called to confirm, i again asked them for the quote. They said the quote was what the installer gave me. I asked for it in writing they said they would give me one. I felt like the price they quoted me for the unit verbally was less than the price they said they quoted me. I recall the original quote being for 2400$ plus tax and they insisted it was $3000 plus tax. When it was installed i asked again for the invoice / work order and proof that I paid. They sent me some computer screen shot showing what i think is payment and the installer left me a preprinted form with hand writing detailing the equipment. No warranty info nothing. I am glad that the equipment they installed is nothing critical because i just dont feel confident with a company that wont give a you things in writing. I wont use them again.

    Water heater and furnace - great nest promo!

    Majid, Rezza, Mustafa and Ali and the team were really knowledgeable and helped us upgrade our water heater and provide a better coverage plan for our furnace. We got free nest protect and learned alot about the smart home appliances and how they would help secure our home. Really recommend these guys!

    stay away

    I had signed up for a nest furnace protection plan with them 3 years ago ($30 per month) where they installed a nest for free of cost. But after a couple of years, I decided to switch to their plumbing service, since I no longer required the furnace protection. I had never called them for the past 3 years for any kind of service, but had to call them last week to fix a leaky pipe at my basement. Made an appointment so that the plumber can visit my home and fix the leaky pipe. But the plumber first showed up 4 hours late, looked at the leaky pipe for a minute and went back promising he'd return to fix it next day. He never came back. Called the office to enquire and they re-booked for the plumber again. The plumber never showed up. By this month, I had paid over two thousand dollars in total for the past 3 years to this company, but they would never even bother to send their plumber... What a waste of time & money.. When I called in to cancel the service, they're saying I have to pay around $600 more to cancel. I'm now struck.. Please do not even let this company inside your home.. Don't recommend this company to anyone.
