    House washing

    The eaves trough's and siding look great. There are quite a few areas on the back of the house where it is stained with dried soap. But I will be able to clean that off. They did a great job

    Window Cleaning and Debris Removal

    The crew did a fabulous job removing the debris from our eaves and cleaning our inside and outdoor windows. The house looks fabulous! They were highly professional and polite. Brandon, Brandon and Matty do a great job and they are a real nice group of guys. Making arrangements through Adam and Desiree is simple. Thanks so much Performance Property Services. See you guys next year!

    All of the work was performed to my complete satisfaction by a friendly and competent crew.

    Everything clean and left in a tidy fashion, we are pleased with the work and personnel.

    Eavestrough Cleaning

    Performance Property Services are by far the best company out there when it comes to any property management. They were on time, polite, and extremely friendly. But what really stood out is when the work was finished and paid for, the employee noticed some leaves on the exterior of my eavestroughs and he insisted on taking them off and cleaning it. I told him not to worry, but like I said he insisted. He took the ladder back off of the vehicle and made sure the job was done just right. The he fixed the garden once again. If this is not perfection in work, than I don’t know what is? Either way, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!

    Spider spray . Thorough installation completed on due date. Options well explained prior to installation and professionally installed.

    Windows inside and exterior house wash and spider treatment.

    The guys were very detailed and did a great job removing stains from the vinyl siding from the spiders as well as all the webs. My house looked brand new and sparkling clean. They also cleaned the windows from the inside so they all looked super clean and clear.

    Exterior cleaning of house siding, eaves, and windows.

    Quality service and professional staff. Work was completed on time and on budget. Cleaning the entire exterior in 1 Day gave our home a refresh while keeping our gardens safe. The team was kind and willing to work with our needs.

    Exterior windows

    All of our outdoor windows & sklights as well as glass railings on the porch we’re done. Spider spray was also applied.
