    Eavestrough cleaning

    Adam, the owner came to quote the job and scheduled it for today. Early in the morning Vulkan and his team showed up. He was very polite and explained clearly what they were going to do. Excellent communication skills and manners from him and his team. Super recommendable company! Thank you very much

    Gutter And downspout cleaning

    Volcan and his colleague were lovely gentleman! When I arrived onsite, they were diligently at work (rather than standing around and waiting), and brought me up to speed on the job. I’m thoroughly pleased with their work and will most certainly recommend them!! Thanks so much!

    Windows and Eaves cleaning

    Moved into a new house, and the windows (inside and out) and gutters were badly in need of cleaning. They did a fantastic job! Got a quote and they finished the entire job all in the same week! We will definitely call them again when it is needed.

    Exterior of Home

    Very happy with the work Volkan and Damien did on our home Extreme attention to detail and no corners cut I will be a returning customer in the Roseland Area Burlington

    Gutter cleaning

    The crew arrived on time and were very respectful. They completed the job very quickly and brought all the necessary equipment. We were pleased with the work completed. We will wait to see when we have the next big rainfall.

    Int. and Ext. Home Maintenance

    In addition to our usual list of home maintenance chores, which include inside and outside window cleaning, eaves troughs and eaves, we've also included replacing the lights in our eaves and this year we had Performance Property Services to power wash our patio. The results, as usual, were spectacular. We don't usually shop on price, preferring instead to consider reputation, quality of work and our own experiences. While the price is very competitive, the reputation and quality, as well as our experiences with Performance Property Services over many years keeps us coming back.

    Window Cleaning

    We’d previously used Performance Property Services for eaves cleaning and decided to hire them for a recent window cleaning, given both the height of our exterior windows and the fact that our skylights would involve being up on the roof. The result is squeaky-clean glass - exactly, to the penny, as quoted. The team effort of the crew made it time-efficient & their politeness and desire to do a good job did not go unnoticed.
