Store keys/locks and installation
Cory is great! fast and efficient and great at explaining what you need to know about your new lock and key system. Brian was nice enough to give 4 extra keys at no charge! great product, great people. Will definitely recommend! Sam

Eaves, fascia, soffit and siding cleaned
Dan Bertrand and his team cleaned our house this past summer. It was very dirty due to construction. Performance Property Services made our house sparkle and shine! The had to scrub all our stone work and the end results were astonishing! I would definitely recommend them for your eavestrough cleaning, window cleaning and exterior house cleaning needs.

Windows, siding and eave trough cleaning
Niagara Holiday Rentals manages over 25 Vacation Rentals in Niagara on the Lake, and hire Performance Property Services to handle all these services at hour homes. They are very professional and very easy to work with. They also follow up with me. We are glad we have them on our team.
