I cannot have enough great things to say about Arash and his team. Here are some key factors that made all the difference in my reno: - HONESTY: Arash made great recommendations and it was very clear from the beginning that he was looking our for my best interest - COMMUNICATION: Arash is so quick to respond to all messages. I many times messaged him while in the store shopping for supplies and was able to get a reply within 5 minutes allowing me to leave with the right item - PROFESSIONALISM: each person that entered my home was extremely polite, curitous and very respectful - QUALITY OF WORK: each part of the project was done with such precision. There were no shortcuts mis-steps - EFFICIENCY: we completed the main part of my reno in about a week. they entire team worked incredibly fast and they were so great about minimizing disruption - PRICE: their pricing is beyond reasonable and fair. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive either.

Summit completed a tile installation in my front entrance and kitchen. I was very pleased with their work. The team was friendly and professional and their quality was excellent. Arash was very responsive when we had questions as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summit and we will be using them again for a bathroom renovation later this summer.

We just installed fitted blackout blinds and waffle blinds throughout the entire house, the only problem was the baseboard trim that got in the way of the blinds closing entirely at the bottom. Since we were looking for insulation value from these blinds, the trim on the existing house needed to be modified. Getting qualified reliable tradesmen to do this job was next to impossible. Everyone wanted bigger jobs, or thought it was too much work, or would agree to come at specified times and them ghost on us. We understood that it wasn't a big job and was okay with tradesman doing the job at times that suited them, but it was very frustrated and disppointed to repeated get a time they would come and then for them not to show up, or even warned that they wouldn't be coming. Then I found Summit contractors. Arash picked up my call and immediately gave us his website contact form so we could submit a few photos and get a quote. He then called me back later in the afternoon after he saw the photos and followed up with a quote. When the carpenter came and removed the first of the trim, we found other things that needed more work, and they were happy to adjust the initial quote and come back another 2 times to finish the job. They came when they said they would come, or would let us know well ahead of time that they needed to reschedule, and when they were here they were careful about the work and did it well. The scheduling was handled excellently, everyone was friendly....the ease was unbelievable. I have blinds, that fit tightly now, and helps keep the heat of the sun from heating up my home! I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again for anything I need done around the house. Arash, thank you so much. I will be keeping their contact for future work. First of all our thanks to Arash from Summit Contractors for a job well done. We wanted to do a kitchen renovation and after doing some home work and several research. We decided to choose Summit Contractors. The reason is that it was right on what we had budgeted for, it was way on target from what the other contractors had quoted. After the first consultation with Arash from Summit Contractors the whole project was a smooth transition. He was very knowledgeable and led us through with his professional guidance on what to do. Not only the work was professionally done, Arash and his team was very accommodating to our busy schedules. The work was completed at our time requested. Another exception was the workers they were very courteous and always willing to help and glad to answer any of our concerns. I must say that my kitchen looks stunning now.I had a few people over and they were all surprised at the job done by Arash and his team. Everyone loved the counter-top and the new cabinets and the new layout. I would gladly recommend Arash and his team from Summit Contractors to anyone looking for future renovations. Our experience with Arash and his team was a very positive one, and we look forward to future projects with him! He actively listened to what was important to us, and worked with us to make it happen. He was organized and very good with with scheduling the work, and including email calendar notifications so we were kept aware. There was a minor scheduling mix up and he was very quick to inform us the reasoning behind it. Erring on the side of the customer, to the customer’s benefit, not his own. He kept the lines of communication always open from beginning to end, and he put everything else aside to be at our place in person if there was a concern or questions to be addressed, and for regular check ins. He was there from beginning to end and committed to full delivery and ensured we were pleased with the end product. From a technical perspective, we appreciated... precision of tile cutting, explanation of technical issues around product limitations, the impact of the change in floor height prior to the job starting; details related to kick-boards, thresholds, etc. And the proactive approach on any remediation where needed. We look forward to having Arash and his team back in future projects.

I found Summit Contractors on HomeStars. They had great reviews and figured I’d give them a shot. I needed my backsplash replaced because it was installed very poorly by a friend. Arash was prompt in returning my call and providing a reasonable quote for the job. Within days Arash and his team scheduled the work to be done. The crew was very professional and tidy with their work. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I’m glad I used them and will definitely use again for future jobs!

My A/C unit started acting up and resulted very uncomfortable temperature inside the house. I Called Arash and less than an hour the problem was identified and solved! I was making myself ready for replacing the unit but it end up faulty thermostat which it wasn't that expensive . thanks for honest work and professionalism. I recommend him and his company.

An absolute delight. The team was on time, respectable, clean and very professional while adhering to standard code procedures. Highly recommended for their price, professionalism and the quality of work is outstanding!

Work was fast. They purchased the materials on our behalf using their own judgement and it matched very well. They were respectful, informative and required inspection before they left to ensure we were informed as to what was done, and noted and to confirm satisfaction. Job well done.
