Air Conditioner and bathroom tile repair
We recently had Arash (Summit Contractors) and his team complete two projects for us. 1. Replace our old air conditioner: This was installed on time, at a good price and professionally done. He tested everything thoroughly and stepped us through how everything works, great job! 2. We had to replace the silicon in our on suite shower and replace the wood base board with matching tile. The team gave us good advice on how this should be done and recommended a larger baseboard to match the new height of the shower tile base. Everything was completed as agreed. There was one slight issue regarding the paint job on the baseboard, but this was rectified immediately. Worth a mention is that Arash followed up on all work to make sure we were pleased with the work done. We would definitely recommend Arash (Summit Contractors) and his team.

Kitchen tile demo/install
Hired Arash through homestars and he recommended Louis and his cousin for the job. Couldn't be more happy with the finished result. Everything from the demo to the final grout they were very professional. Would definitely recommend again.

Restaurant renovation
Absolutely masterpiece got the restaurant from 0 to 100 real quick finishing is awesome and very good looking very satisfied with the stone work

Water damage repair
We had a leak from the bathtub causing water damage in the dinining room ceiling. Allen came to diagnose the problem and was on hand to direct his team of a plumber and drywaller to fix the problem with the leak. Our ceiling has an indricate pattern that the drywaller was able to match successfully. Allen also guaranteed his work which we appreciate. He is very responsive and communicates well. Project came in on budget. Highly recommended.

Renovation
I was planing to renovate my house (bungalow) and got Hive tech group number from a friend.she gave me hive tech group number and I called them. The reasons I will refer this company to all my family and friend: reliable and careful about client answer my call every time, any time great timing schedule finished on time very professional Reasonable price Thank you very much Allen for your great service.

furnace
Replaced inducer motor - work was done very quickly: went on site the same day and performed the fix the day after.

kitchen reno
- remove and replace kitchen cabinets and countertop , install stove hood vent - prepared bathroom floor for installation of new tiles - remove and replace kitchen cabinets and countertop , install stove hood vent - prepared bathroom floor and installation of new tiles - Allan and Arash were great from start to finish of this project. Patient and always available for a phone call if required. At the end of the day the project was left clean and tidied up and ready to continue the next day. Very very happy with them and their work. we will recommend them to anyone looking for a good/honest contractor and have every intention of using them again for the next reno ! Thanks again gentlemen, you were awesome!

Stairs, railings , Entrance door .
The job was completed with ease and on time ! They were neat from day one and everything seemed to flow with these guys ! We were particularly happy with the finishing.Everything was delivered as promised , the quality of material and workmanship was A1 .
