    Roof replaced

    We had our roof replaced by Warner roofing. It was a very professional and educational process. The team was very efficient, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

    Roof vent replacement

    Several of the roof vents had been chewed by squirrels so decided to have them replaced. Warner roofing had already done a roof inspection which I had previously requested and noted everything else was in good shape with the exception of 3 vents. Michael recommended the metal roof vents and even though only 3 were damaged suggested to replace all of them for aesthetic reasons. He provided photos of the work and kept me informed. The technician was also very nice and addressed my concerns. I need to have more roof work done in the spring and would happily use Warner Roofing again. This company has been a pleasure to deal with.

    Roof replacement

    Due to rain they were two days late starting the job so they put a large crew on the job and got it done in one day. They did an excellent job and after they were finished you would never have known they were even there.

    Re-roofing

    We really appreciated the professionalism of the work conducted by the members of the Warner company in re-roofing our house. We were able to have a constant communication with the staff and they responded in a very timely fashion to any questions we had. They provided photo "evidence" of the roof before and after the contractual work, as well as of the attic. When there was bit of a touch-up that needed to be done on the flashing around the chimney after the work was completed, the company was very responsive and fixed it up very quickly without any hassle. We highly recommend the Warner Roofing company to anybody needing a roofing work.

    Roof repair

    A wonderful job done in a prompt professional manner with very short notice. An extra repair needed to be done and they included it in the original estimate. Would recommend warner roofing to anyone

    Repairs and Shingles

    They visited right away as soon as I mentioned I had roof distress. Leaks and damage were happening and other roofing companies had long wait lists but Warner came out right away. They took accurate photos using a drone camera and they were careful about the estimation. The only down side was we had an unexpected cost because our satellite dish was out of place and Shaw charged us a small fortune to realign it which took about 5 minutes. Apparently this happens about 10% of the time we were told. This aside I recommend Warner, they are true professionals.

    Flashing Installation

    I needed some flashing installed where a new pergola connects to my house. The communication and response time were great. It was a small job but a little complex. The job was done as requested but when a leak developed during the first rain, they responded quickly and made the connection point totally impermeable. I would definitely use Warner Roofing again.

    Roof repair

    The Warner team were awesome. Came in same day we called for an active leak and checked out the issue in the pouring rain. Implemented a temporary fix and a few days later made a permanent fix. Highly recommended.

    Roof Replacement

    I searched the internet for quotes to replace my 23 year old roof and after meeting with Clay, the sales representative for Warner Roofing Inc., I decided to put the project in the hands of your organization. I was given a quote which I felt was fair and a reasonable price to replace our 2 story roof. the crew tore-off all the existing shingles, felt and replaced both. They also installed 8 metal vents and replaced any damaged decking. The crew showed up on time, everyday, and were very hardworking, courteous and cheerful. The crew took great care to protect our property and the plants in the garden while working on the roof and did a great job cleaning-up. Both my wife and I are very satisfied customers and we would definitely recommend Warner Roofing to other potential customers.

    Roof installation - replacement

    If you are looking for the highest quality company Warner Roofing is the one to contact. Great crew of workers, very clean and efficient. On a side note our previous installed shingles were defective and part of a class action lawsuit. The shingle company required many photos, roof slope info and information that I could never provide. Andrew, Sara and Robyn completed all of the necessary actions and I was able to receive a substantial settlement. Best company you will find! No worries here.
