    Re-roofing project

    Warner Roofing wasn’t the lowest bid, but they were the only ones to provide a detailed breakdown of all materials and services, line by line with their respective unit prices and totals. All other bidders had only one total figure in the end, even though I had requested a higher level of detail. Transparency in business is very important to me. Warner Roofing did a great job, protecting the deck, shrubs and flower beds, and cleaning up. Punctual, professional, detailed. I got on the roof after work was completed and couldn’t spot any shortcomings. And I’m picky and not easily impressed. I’m happy I selected them for the job. Gilbert, Bradford

    Roof and eaves

    Roof Repair

    We had a great experience with Sara, Michael and the on-site inspection and repairs teams dispatched to our home during our search for a reputable roofing company. Our ice dam issue was studied by Michael and his team and we were always updated on the progress of the diagnosis and how the repairs to our issues would progress. Very neat and courteous installation team to boot! I would highly recommend this local company to my friends and neighbours. Great job! Stephen F.

    Installation of new roof

    Warner Roofing is a very professional and helpful company. I recommend this company to meet and exceed all of your roofing needs. The whole process from my initial contact with Sara, who is professional and knowledgeable, along with keeping us abreast through communication and input is greatly appreciated. Andrew provided professional expertise and guidance through every step of the process. He is efficient and highly knowledgeable about our roofing needs. Robyn along with the team did a fantastic job with our roof from the removal of the old roof and installation of the new shingles. Robyn and the team are efficient and professional. They secured our property and that of our neighbors on both sides. They are tidy and left our property in immaculate condition after the project is completed. We are receiving compliments from neighbors around us about the professional and fantastic job Warner Roofing completed on our roof. I would highly recommend them as a professional and credible company.

    Roof caulking and repairs

    The staff at Warner Roofing are great. Quick to answer my questions and to come to my home for the repairs. Their detailed repair report is also great with photos of the repair, information about the current state of the roof and recommendations. I am a repeat customer and will definitely call Warner Roofing again for my future roofing needs. Highly recommend!

    New roof

    Warner roofing did a fantastic job. Very attentive to detail and kept us informed as the work progressed. Great cleanup and also went above and beyond by fixing some eavestrough and flashing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ted

    Roof

    Warner Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. They provided me with all the information to make an educated decision during the planning process, offered expert advice and completed the project beyond expectations.

    roofing/insulation

    Very professional work and excellent clean up. No "surprises" popping up requiring added costs etc, Work was done in a day. And they did a first rate clean up. No mess of any kind left behind. They went through our property with a fine tooth comb cleaning up any debris., especially cleaning our property from any insulation "fuzz balls" that may have gotten lose. It looks like they used a vacuum cleaner of some kind to clear away these insulation "fuzz balls". Would highly, highly recommend them. Roy and Jan R.

    COMPLETE ROOF RESHINGLING

    The people who owned our home before us put a new layer of shingles over top of the old layer…..rather than doing the roof properly. We had to pay extra for the removal of the extra layer of shingles, but that is understandable. All in all, Warner Roofing did an excellent job.

    Roof

    Service was very profesional. They did a great job. I would happily recommend them. The roof looks great and the crew cleaned up after. The price was competitive and communication with Sara and Andrew was great
