    Floors

    We needed our floors restored and stained. They did an amazing job and provided great customer service. We are very happy with the work that was done! Also left the place as clean as possible !

    Great quality

    Jason and the crew just finished my main floor. The quality of the job is top notch. Really pleased with communication, responsiveness and quality. Would definitely recommend them for the quality of work! I would however advise homeowners to be more involved in the process than we were. We let them choose the stain to match the second floor but didn’t quite get the colour we wanted. They did provide us some solutions and were very responsive to our concern. Definitely recommended and one of the more pleasant renovation experiences we have had.

    Super Speedy Floor Refinishing

    We had a very short window of time between getting possession of our new house and moving in, and at the last minute decided to refinish our first floor hardwood. After reaching out to a few companies (based on reviews), Jason responded fastest and gave us the best quote AND was available to finish the job in the very short window of time we had. Jason and his team did an amazing job, and we are so satisfied with our new floors! Will definitely reach out to finish the rest of our house when the time comes. Thanks Jason!

    Living room floor looks brand new

    Jason came, sanded and made the floor look like new. They protected furniture, etc and made very little dust. They removed and reinstalled the quarter round exceeding my expectations. The stain looks amazing, and the floor looks better than it did brand new.

    The Ultimate Workmanship

    I noticed this company on Instagram. The before and after shots were completely amazing. At a point, were you might presume nothing can be done to restore this floor, it can be done because of Toronto Restoration. The patience and workmanship that is inputted into each job is easily exsemplified. It’s not for the love of receiving a profit but for the love of the profession and ensuring that each client is overly satisfied with their craftsmanship.

    Staircase and bedroom floors refinishing

    We hired Jason to refinish floors in our home. The floors were a mess with old underpad stuck to the floors. Jason did not disappoint us. We are very happy to have hired a hardworking young professional ..He did a super job ... He was especially great at controlling and limiting the dust from sanding the floors. Always on time. Highly recommend Jason.

    Great Subcontractor experience

    I hired Jason and his crew after finding his company on homestars. I was in a time crunch to get this floor done for a customer and he immediately put my mind at ease by fitting me in. I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in my clients home and was not disappointed. He did a fabulous job on kitchen floor and left the home clean and tidy. I will definitely be using his services again when required. Thanks Jason for being a consummate professional!

    AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

    Jason and his team were amazing!! They were prompt, efficient and the results blew us away!! On top of that, everyone on the team was great. No complaints, only praise, and I am looking forward to having them back soon. UPDATED We just had Jason and his team back to complete the second phase of the project, including our main spiral staircase, and they did an awesome job. You know dedication when a team stumbles on builder surprises and they figure out a way to work around them. The job ended up being bigger / more complicated then expected yet they did it on time and on budget. Toronto Restoration will get another call when we start ripping up carpet and installing new floors. Thanks Jason and Rui, you guys are awesome. Loved your sense of humour too. Unfortunately, the room trim is not in place so a picture would not do it justice at the moment. All I can tell you the floor is 1000000 times better than it was!! Thanks Jason..
