    Refinishing a 55 yr old oak floor

    He came to site, gave me a price , was honest , and did a great job. Floor looks amazing, thank you and I highly recommend this company. Thought I’d have to replace floor but didn’t after all, great job , so impressed,

    Kitchener Refinisher

    Amazing - so happy with the finish. Initially was going to stain it, but when I saw what an amazing job they had done and how well they stripped off the wear and tear I kept it natural! Went with a matte finish and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for your time and dedication! My stairs and floors couldn't look better

    Hardwood sanding and varnishing

    Our floors are approximately 65 years old. We have had them sanded and varnished once before when we first purchased the house. We weren't sure if the floor could withstand another sanding. We contacted Homestars and within minutes Jason reached out to us. We arranged for him to come for an estimate 24 hours later and confirmed we can sand and revarnish. No need to pull up existing floor and replace with new hardwood. We had another company which through Homestars came for an estimate and they took one look and said the floors had to be replaced at a prohibitive cost. No thank you. We went with Jason and his team. They did an amazing job. Jason kept in constant contact us throughout the process. No waiting to hear back.....Project took approximately two days. They were prompt, very efficient and thorough with little dust to clean up. There was no contract thebut balance of payments was agreeable to us. We would strongly recommend Jason and his team. Our floors look beautiful.

    Floor refinish

    Jason and his team did a fantastic job. Jason took the time to walk me thru the process before starting the project and kept me up to on the progress on a daily basis. The team was so flexible to work with and I’m extremely satisfied with their work and the finished floor. Highly recommend Jason and his team.

    Kitchen Oak Hardwood Floor Refinishing

    Jason and his crew did a fantastic job on refinishing our oak hardwood floor in the kitchen. Minimal dust from the sanding and they constantly cleaned up. Arrived at the specified time and they worked hard all day. Extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend them to do floor refinishing projects. I am thrilled with the new look of the floor.

    Amazing work!

    Hard working team and efficient! Our floors look amazing now thanks to Jason and his team. Only thing bad to say was there was some stain left on our walls, but they quickly made good of this and gave us $100 back to get the walls touched up. Overall very responsive and professional and would highly recommend!

    Wonderful!

    Jason and his crew were wonderful! A Hardworking, efficient team who took pride in their work. They were respectful and polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Sanding and staining the hardwood floors is quite a process but they got the job done in two days. The floors look brand new and more current. The original yellowish floors are now a greyish brown(aged pewTer). So glad I decided to have the floors refinished and not replaced. i would highly recommend Jason and his company Toronto Restoration.

    Hardwood floors refinished

    I was very impressed with the job that Jason did on my hardwood floors. The work was done on time, on budget and with highest quality. This project was finished yesterday. I would certainly recommend his company to anyone.

    Staining floor

    Great work great price. They were very efficient, hard working and clean. Our floor and steps look amazing and I'm very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for clean, organized and quality work.

    Excellent refinishing!

    Company did a great job bringing new life to our very old oak floors. Started the job on the date agreed, finished the job on the date agreed. Very courteous, very clean with excellent dust control. Floors look fantastic!
