    Pipe advice and repair

    We used Grizzly to assess a problem with our bathtub plumbing - mystery goo coming from the faucet but only occasionally. While the source of the goo remains a mystery, they confirmed that it was not our hot water tank nor anything chronic or serious. They offered to come back should the issue reappear in the coming months. Friendly, courteous, and highly skilled professionals. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and use them again without hesitation. So glad to have Grizzly in my contacts.

    Plumbing for Basement renovation

    Grizzly Plumbing provided all the work needed for our basement renovation--and then some. This involved replacing all the delivery lines for the basement itself as well as the lines to send water up to the other two levels of the home. Additionally, they replaced a section of the waste stack, installed the hardware and delivery lines for a new shower and kitchen in the basement, replaced two outdated external hose bibs, and replaced our two aged toilets. Staff members Kyle and Calvin did all the work quickly and efficiently. They were also friendly enough to walk my partner and I (new homeowners) through the specifics of maintaining our water system and how to care for it during the winter. Appreciated their work and recommend them to others.

    Leaking toilet

    Grizzly Plumbing and Heating Inc. were very helpful in diagnosing the problem before they arrived and came to fix it quickly. They also gave helpful suggestions about what to do next time. Great service!

    Plumbing pipe/valve repairs and boiler cleaning

    Well written and clear estimates/statement of work. Provided clear pragmatic options for repairs due to costs and age of the pipes/valves/boiler system. Always showed up on scheduled time. Responsive to any questions about work or quote by phone or email. The completed work looked organized and well done.

    Boiler cleaning and repair and Toto toilet repair

    They quote clearly, they get back to you in a timely manner, are respectful of cleanliness and do the job correctly and safely. Very professional and courteous. Happy to recommend their work.

    Emergency leak

    From start to finish Brad and his team made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain what needed to happen step by step.     Repair to tankless hot water system.

    Replaced old bathtub 2 handle faucet with new single handle faucet

    We were very pleased with Grizzly. They arrived as scheduled, for to work, managed any issues and got it done in good time with everything cleaned up at the end. The original two handle faucet needed to be replaced with a renovation trim cover and new faucet, spout and shower. All went very well.
