    Plumbing/ toilet blocked

    Grizzly plumbing responded right away and set up a time and Calvin arrived promptly . The job required snaking and longer than we could give at that time so we opted for a second appointment and the work was completed entirely to our satisfaction at that time. Calvin was always very professional and respectful and took the time to explain everything to us. We highly recommend Grizzly plumbing and heating.

    Bathtub drain leak

    There was a leak under my bathtub drain that needed to be fixed. I had another plumbing company come out to take a look and assess the situation and their plumber recommended to take out the tub as he could not access it from his point of view. Estimated cost was around $4000 as the tiles, tub and fittings would have needed to be changed. Seeking a second opinion my wife and I contacted Grizzly Plumbing and were able to schedule an appointment right away. Brad inspected the drainage quickly and assessed that it was fixable, but required a bit of work as they needed to replace the waste and overflow. Service took just about a couple hours, quick easy and polite. I highly recommend them and their work.

    Bathroom reno and kitchen sink/gas line

    I’ve used Grizzly Plumbing 2 jobs now and am really happy with the quality of their work. They take time to map out the plumbing lines, they’re knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. I would use them again. Thanks guys! Good pipes

    Replacement of drains, plumbing for washroom, kitchen

    My husband and I had already gotten 2 other quotes for the work we needed done and wanted to get a 3rd before committing. We just happened to see Brad sitting in his Grizzly Plumbing truck on our street, and asked him to provide an estimate for us. He finished the quote he was doing, and came to our place right after. We got a good feeling about him by his professional but friendly demeanor so we hired him on the spot. He completed the work when he said he would (actually earlier) and we were very happy with the results. They even had to do a bit of extra work that wasn't anticipated and the price remained the same. I would definitely recommend Brad and his guys at Grizzly, they were great.

    radiator replacement

    Guys from Grizzly were great. Appeared on time and were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up after the job. Will definitely keep their number handy for future work I may need done.

    In-floor radiant heating installation

    The team at Grizzly Plumbing & Heating are courteous, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They installed an in-floor radiant heating system in part of our basement - an area of about 350 sq. ft. When they dug up the original floor, they examined the pipes and found that they were made of clay. They recommended that I change them to PVC to avoid problems in the future (we have an enormous maple tree in our front yard and roots could easily cause us complications down the road). They worked quickly and efficiently and the entire installation was completed, including the clay pipe relacement, in 5 days. They kept the work area surprisingly clean and they worked very efficiently. Every member of their team knows a lot about plumbing. Brad had installed the boiler system for the radiant floors 1 1-2 years earlier when I first mentioned the possibility of getting in-floor radiant heated floors. He talked me into getting a tankless hot water heater and the boiler which now supports our heated floors. It was good advice.

    Main drain replacement, back up valve etc.

    Great service from Kyle, Calvin and Brad. They were extremely knowledgeable, prompt and patient. They took the time to explain the problems with our drains/pipes, along with their recommended course of action. Best of all, they were very clean - you couldnt even tell we had a huge hole in our driveway/loads of dirt on our yard. Proper paperwork, photos of work, and detailed invoicing were provided. HIGHLY recommend!

    Boiler service

    Brad was amazing! We met on-time, he explained the trouble-shooting work & in detail the repairs necessary. Highly recommend Grizzly Plumbing & Heating, I'm a customer for sure. !

    Replaced Main Drain and Toilet Flange

    Grizzly Plumbing and Heating was amazing! Brad and his team were extremely friendly, arrived on time, did an outstanding job and cleaned up the job site upon completion. Our main drain needed to be replaced which was a huge job. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and will definitely be using these guys for all future projects. I have worked with a number of contractors over the years and I can honestly say that these guys are by far the best. I would highly recommend using them. Thanks again for the amazing service guys!

    Installation of in floor heating and on demand hot water systen.

    Great job, very clean and organized install. Site was cleaned up every day. Project completed in time and on budget.
