    Emergency Plumbing

    Calvin was very helpful at removing a blockage in our sewer drain on a Saturday on an emergency basis. Response time was very fast, work was professional, and he was very helpful at explaining the issues and recommending future mitigation techniques. Would definitely recommend Grizzly to any homeowner.

    Water tap problem

    I needed a cold water tap fixed due to a constant leek. I also had a kitchen sink pipe fixed. The staff were exceptionally fast respond and incredibly professional work. I very highly recommend Grizzly for all plumbing needs!!

    Minor basement flooding

    We called Grizzly after noticing some flooding in our basement this morning. Realizing the urgency of the problem, they shifted some calls around and arrived here very promptly. Calvin was great, working outside in the freezing temperatures and locating the problem quickly. It ended up being a blockage on the City side of the pipe. We are very pleased with how courteous, knowledgeable and professional Calvin was and we won’t hesitate to call them again (hopefully not any time soon). Excellent local business!

    Radiator/boiler heating problem

    I called Brad after another company said that nothing could be done to solve my radiator problem. The guys from Grizzly were at my house in an hour, did some trouble shooting, tried a few different things and had me up and running within an hour. These guys know everything about hydronic heat! It's comforting to know there's someone in the east end of Toronto with this level of knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism.

    Frozen water pipe

    They were great! We called them in the morning and they came midday. They were professional and honest and knew exactly what to do. I would definitely call them to help out with any plumbing needs in the future.

    Water boiler expansion tank replacement

    Brad replaced the expansion tank in our downtown house on very short notice, after I gave him the model number of the old tank he came with the replacement tank. This was done in record time and Brad checked to make sure the pressures were appropriate. I highly recommend Grizzly Plumbing

    SINK CLEARING

    Calvin provided fast, efficient, courteous service. Replaced drainage pipes which were at 90 degree steep angle with 45 degree angles. First plumber to problem solve, not just Bandage. Will use them again.

    kitchen & bathtub faucet installation

    Great job! Took less than estimated time and was very clean and efficient. I would definitely hire Grizzly again!

    hydronic heating system, plumbing repair, advice

    Brad, has comprehensive knowledge of hydronic systems, was able to diagnose and advice on system issues/problems as well recommend changes to improve the efficiency . he looked at pictures i sent him of my system, highlighting visible problems, and arrived at my house with parts required, Brad answered all my questions patiently and honestly... highly recommend ... reinstated my faith in contractors/ trademen

    Bathroom leaky faucet

    Our downstairs bathroom had a leaking bathtub faucet and a blocked up sink faucet. Kyle and Calvin got the sink working, and managed to slow the leak to a small drip, due to the parts being very old and in need of replacing. They were very friendly and informative. Our problems are not completely solved, but they did a great job helping us temporarily fix a problem that is need of a bigger solution down the road. I was very happy with their work, and will be calling them again when we are ready to undertake the bigger job.
