    Burst pipe

    Recently in need of a plumber, I called Grizzly. Calvin was here within twenty four hours. He was knowledgeable and efficient, gave me some good advice and did a fine job.

    Leaking and sealing a faucet

    Very professional and efficient ! Calvin works cleanly and he took the time to answer my questions. I recommend him.

    Plumbing

    Brad and Andrew showed up when they said they would and were accommodating to my schedule. They fixed all the little things that needed fixing & did a great job installing a new vanity in a tiny old bathroom. They were knowledgeable, tidy, and worked quickly to get the jobs done. Everything works well again & I wish I had called months ago!

    Installed a replacement toilet

    I called Grizzly to request a Pfister part replacement to my toilet. Grizzly tried to get part, unsuccessfully, saying Pfister required owner to order direct: service to me was also bad. So I asked Grizzly for advice: they recommended several other brands of toilets, quoted installation costs. Got prompt, courteous serve for cost quoted

    Basement bathroom rough-in

    Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. An awful corner of the basement now is tidy and will function well. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

    Plumbing

    Calvin from Grizzly Plumbing and Heating replaced our bathroom faucet set as well as a frost free garden faucet. He was professional, reliable and honest. We appreciated the clear communication regarding the appointment, the quote and the invoice. We are thoroughly impressed with this company and recommend them to others looking for plumbing services.

    Toilet Blockage Repair

    I received a call from my elderly mother that the toilet wasn't working in her home. With visitors staying over she was under pressure to get the problem resolved quickly. I contacted Grizzly Plumbing and Heating and Brad was wonderful from the moment he answered the phone. He took time out of his schedule to assist my mother within an hour. Brad was extremely thorough with his work and very professional. He treated my mother with care, compassion and respect like she was his own family. The toilet blockage was resolved immediately, however I decided to go out and purchase a new toilet (it was time) and the next day Brad was kind enough to go to the store and pick it up for us and install it. We met his apprentice Andrew who was equally fantastic. Andrew cleaned up after they were done and left the bathroom looking immaculate. I would not hesitate to use Grizzly in the future and highly recommend them to others. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Brad

    Cleared kitchen sink drain

    Calvin called to ask if he could come early which was actually more convenient for me. He solved my kitchen sink problem (snaked twice and treated with cleaner) and was helpful in explaining what the cause likely was. While he was there he fixed a running toilet and installed a bidet which was great! Calvin clearly knew what he was doing, he wore some custom booties (cool), was honest and polite and I will definitely reach out again if/ when I need a plumber again. I would highly recommend.

    Toilet repair

    I had 3 toilets that had issues. After two other plumbers from another company advised me to "just replace them", they then proceeded to sell me on expensive toilets. This just didn't feel right so I kept searching for an honest plumber. I found that in Grizzly. Brad came and within minutes knew I didn't need new toilets ... these one could easily be fixed. He then set to work and within a few hours all was fine with my toilets. I'm thankful that I found Grizzly and I strongly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, professionalism and customer service. And they clearly know what they're doing! If I could give them higher than a 10 I would!

    Toilet Maintenance

    Calvin fit us in his busy schedule and showed up on time. As with most projects in our aging home, the toilet required a valve replacement that was out of the norm, and he had one that worked for us on hand. He made sure the toilet was working efficiently in all regards and was in and out in a timely manor. I definitely recommend Grizzly, and will be getting in touch for future needs.
