Connect kitchen sink, faucet and dishwasher in a condo

The guys came in and knew what they were doing. Not an easy job since all the work was copper and brass (no ABS or PVC since it is a condo). Took a little longer than originally planned but watching them they worked very quickly and produced very nice results. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work that was done.

    Bathroom Renovation

We had our bathroom completely redone a little over 2 years ago, including all new copper and drain pipes in the wall. The work was done well, quickly and reasonably priced. About a month ago, I noticed that the sink faucet was getting loose. Dave May was here to give me a quote on some other work and I mentioned it to him. He reached under the sink and moved something, and tightened the nut which secures the faucet. Later that day I noticed that the drain stopper no longer moved. Since then we have had 2 plumbers here, including the owner of Firenza (with 45 years experience) who just left, and neither has been able to get the drain stopper working again. The first plumber broke the stopper pull on the faucet and I had to get a replacement part. Both plumbers were rude and kept telling me about how much experience they have. They complained that the undermount sink was installed incorrectly and the faucet was no good, and suggested that I get a new faucet. The faucet is a high-end one that I am quite happy with, and I don't want to replace it. I don't understand how the original plumber was able to install the faucet quickly and get it working properly and the stopper worked correctly for more than 2 years. Yet these very experienced plumbers are not able get the stopper working properly after working at it for more an hour each. I will never use Firenza again.

    Replacing a tap and hose

The service was absolutely awful. They came recommended by the previous owner of the home to replace a broken tap and sink hose. They did not schedule an appointment to come and replace the tap, but instead showed up at the condo unannounced and my condo concierge called me to let me know they were downstairs waiting. Would not recommend to anyone, especially at such an expensive service call price.

    Replaced plumbing kitchen sink

All I can say is that it took them longer than they quoted but they finished it at no extra charge. The estimate was 1.5 hrs and it took 4 hours altogether. They did a great job

    Disconnect sink, faucet, dishwasher

I was somewhat satisfied with the service of the company. They were ontime and did the job quickly. However, they didn't take off their shoes, left dirt and mud on my kitchen floors (and didn't clean up) and took away parts (I have all copper plumbing) that I now realize I could have re-used, which I will now have to buy again. They were also unclear (and not upfront) about the price. I was quoted $95 over the phone. I ended up getting charged $150 + tax. They did a very simple additional bit of work, but nowhere near $55 worth (it took them 5 minutes to install 2 shut-off valves). They should have been upfront with how much they wanted to charge - they offered to do the extra work and made it sound like there would be no additional charge. In short, they got the job done, but I wasn't impressed with the professionalism, honesty and service level.

    faucet change

The service was done ok, but the charges are not clear and the employee are not honest. Original the contact person said it's $95 service plus parts and tax. On the day, they charged $135. But I have provided the hardware, should it not be $95 +tax? Then the service guy said because he brought another person to do the job. However, when I called the company for clarification, the customer service lady said it's because of a minimum $20 gas charge. Different people are telling me different 'reason' of the misery $135 charge???

    Replacement of Air Conditioner

Replaced the air conditioner unit in our house after the last one failed. They mounted the new AC unit off the ground after running around to buy a new one. As for Paul (he is responsible for the AC division of the company.) Very reasonable costs and would recommend again.

    Sink Fix

They were supposed to fix our leaking tap. But they gave us a broken tap in exchange. Now it is starting to not work again, which is a problem. However, they were courteous and agreed to come back with a new one.
