    Kitchen taps

    We had a leak in the kitchen. Called Firenza plumbing and they immediately responded. Josh came and he was fabulous. Very friendly, informative and competent. Recommended which tap to buy and I would certainly highly recommend them. Thanks Josh....you're the best

    Plumbing Repairs

    This plumber charged me for repairs which the previous owner of my unit had already paid for. I made the mistake of signing a blank invoice (which I assumed meant $0, as repairs had been paid for as condition of the sale of the unit). When I disputed the $300+ invoice, they phoned me numerous times threatening to put a lien on my condo, and then had a collections agency pursue me. My lawyer advised me not to pay Firenza, but I did, just to get rid of this mess (which has been ongoing for almost 6 months). I have encouraged Firenza and give the money to charity, to avoid the bad karma they are likely to ensue, but I doubt that they will. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs and have asked my building to stop recommending them to condo dwellers.

    HVAC Repair

    This company services my condo complex and was hired by the management company. Their staff lacks courtesy and professionalism. They caused damage to my property and were totally unapologetic. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, they do not respond to written emails or messages sent through their website unless you threaten to escalate the dispute, and this goes all the way to the top management. AVOID.

    replaced toilet flush valve

    T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E experience!!! plumber "Josh" was very rude and! five hours late; replaced toilet flush valve in 7 min. charged me for 1.5 hours Labour !!!! + parts (15$ in homedepot) Total:180$.... BEWARE!!!!!!!! Would never recommend to anyone RUDE and VERY OVERPRICED "service".

    Bathroom faucet

    They were called to repair our bathroom faucet, a seemingly simple task. It was still functional, but the knob was coming loose. After taking it apart they said they needed to order in a part and would come back with said part to put everything back in working order. But after weeks of not hearing back from them, and our faucet still torn apart, we called back to ask what was going on. It was a total mess. Nothing was kept on record and we had to call in multiple times to explain what had happened. They didn't order the part needed for the repair but they eventually came back to put the faucet back into its original and BROKEN state. The plumber specifically said they wouldn't charge us because nothing was fixed. So, we then got another company to do the job. But Firenza still billed us... We called back and again a total mess. I talked with the owner who threatened us and said they would sue if we did not pay. We did not pay... Stay away.

    Plumbing repairs

    While I had had positive experiences in the past with this company, today I had a terrible experience with "Josh" who came into fix something for the condo. He was unfathomably rude - I've never been spoken to like that by any service contractor. Among other things, he insulted me, my home my petcare and my housekeeping. It was a terrible experience and I will not let him into my unit again.

    repair gas fireplace

    for over 2 years I had problems with my gas fireplace not turning on and or just shutting off unexpectedly. I had contacted two other gas companies to assist me with this issue however I was always priced astronomical amounts and each company had their own idea of what the problem was which left me very easy. I contacted Firenza through a referral and I can't tell you enough how amazing their service was! they arrived on time wipe their feet before they entered my home assessed and diagnosed the problem within minutes repaired my gas fireplace in quickly and efficiently and like icing on a cake took an extra step and clean the glass behind the fireplace which I can get behind and now my fireplace looks brand new spectacular service would recommend them to everyone. as a Realtor I would recommend this company to all my clients for their plumbing ,gas fireplaces, furnace and AC.

    Plumbing repairs

    Horrible! 2 plumbers tracked dirt through my place and spent 10 minutes trying to find the problem and then charged me $350 when they did NOTHING and used NO PARTS. I disputed the bill and was totally ignored. Rude and way overpriced... BEWARE.

    Leaking pipe

    PROS: Very friendly service man. CONS: Firenza was called and did some exploring to find a leak. In the process they knocked off a tap under my sink which promptly started leaking. Great. Once they found the leak, they turned off the water and left. They came back 8 days later to fix the leak but did not fix the tap under the sink. They did not let me know what was happening with this until I called them back once again. They came back yet another day.....finally fixed.

    Upgrading kitchen faucet, 2 shower faucets

    Pro: Pleasant communications re office and plumber. Con: Was not able to complete the job despite coming twice. Did not have the drill bit needed for the tile in my building. Hired January, finally let go April. Charged half the quote for a third of the job completed. New company hired Monday, completed job Friday.
