    Exactly what I wanted

    I was needing an electrical outlet in order to work outside. I also got them to install a light on my patio. Service was done well and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company. Connie Carr

    AC troubleshooting

    I am so happy to find this company. My tenant’s AC was not working on the hottest days of May. I contacted several companies, but they were mostly unavailable. Photon Electrical company responded so quickly and they went to the place. They fixed the issue on the same day, however it looked impossible to get fixed in one day. I am extremely satisfied with their work. My tenant was so thrilled to have AC working in a hot day. They followed all the COVID 19 safety protocols with wearing mask, hand sanitizing and wearing show covers. I couldn’t be happier with all of their services! They are very professional and their rate is very fair. I would recommend Photon Electrical services to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!

    Wiring and Light Replacement

    Along with our initial request of putting in wiring for a doorbell, we had wall lights in the office replaced with pot lights. It is a 100+ year old house, so there were expected surprises. Al explained everything he found and what he would have to do because of it. I felt informed all the way along, and when the bill came out higher than original quoted, I knew exactly why. Al is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and personable.

    Ali = Amazing

    Ali contacted me quickly and came out within hours. He was on time. Very kind, professional, and followed Covid mask protocols. He worked quickly, thoroughly, cleanly and the price was fair. I highly recommend and will use him in the future!

    Tesla Charger Installation

    I hired Photon Electrical Services to install a 60Amp Tesla charger in my garage. From the initial estimate to the end result, I can't begin to express the high level of professionalism and quality of work I received. Ali was more than willing to answer all my questions and during the work identified issues and presented options/solutions on the spot - he even went out of his way to address some of the issues with the existing electrical wiring in my garage that was completed by other contractors in the past. I highly recommend Photon Electrical Services; their prices are fair and reasonable and the quality of work is A+. Will definitely hire again for future projects.

    Thorough, exceptional service

    We are very happy with the job that Photon Electrical did at our house recently. Ali and his company were exceptionally detailed in their work from the start, and even followed up with me to confirm the work we would like done before they started because our HomeStars request was different from our conversation when he came to provide a quote. We ran into some surprises left for us by the prior owner but Ali was good at explaining what was going on and what he recommended. From smaller electrical jobs to more involved tasks, he’s very knowledgeable and good at the work he does. The best thing I can say about his work is that he approached everything as if it was his own home. He and his wife are very kind and it’s clear their company cares about doing a good job for their customers. We highly recommend them.

    Great electrical work and great person!

    Ali has been an absolute professional and a craftsman who take great pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with our pot lights and other electrical work. I recommend him to anyone.

    Electricity lost to half the house

    Right before we were leaving for a long weekend we lost electricity to half the house and couldn’t figure out why. Ali came to the house within 1.5 hours of being called in the early evening and was able to determine it was an outside Hydro issue. He contacted Hydro and we got an emergency crew there that night to rectify the situation. I would recommend him wholeheartedly - polite, service oriented and with a sense of urgency.

    Electrical panel upgrade to 200A

    Very satisfied with provided service. The contractor is easy to reach, cares about customers a lot, provides valuable advise and does great job. We will definitely consider contracting Ali and his team again

    Review of Electrical Rewiring Project

    I hired Photon (Ali) to upgrade the wiring in my home. I met with several electricians. All of them were good, and a couple were great. However, Ali stood out and apart because of his communication. He was patient, helpful, and professional. His quote was not the cheapest (which wasn't what I was looking for), but it was fair and competitive. I hired Ali, and together with his helper he proceeded to systematically rewire my home. I greatly appreciated his skill and efforts to do minimal drywall cutting, and to make sure everything he did complied with the code (we needed 3 separate ESA inspections and each of them passed). Ali was also extremely respectful and friendly towards my mom who is a senior, which meant a lot to me. As with any large project, there were unexpected twists and turns along the way. However, Ali handled all of them professionally, and where necessary we were able to come to an agreement on changes. Again, Ali's communication abilities were very valuable here. Overall, I have no regrets hiring Ali, and recommend Photon!
