    Dining room chandelier and wiring changes

    Very satisfied with the customer service, quality of work and care to provide a well thought out solution to relocating a large chandelier in our home. Ali provided professional recommendations with no pressure and took his time to ensure the job was done right and will last for many years. He also replaced some old circuits and outlets for us. We would definitely recommend him.

    Outdoor Lighting

    I was out on a walk in my neighbourhood and saw Ali loading his truck. I stopped and explained the lighting problem we had and he stopped by to help us out. Ali helped us modify some outdoor lighting to make our yard more usable during the pandemic. He walked us through a variety of options and helped us improve on our ideas. He is very knowledgible and was very safe in working with us.

    Basement Potlights & New Electrical Panel

    From the beginning Al was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He provided us with all of the options and gave us his professional recommendations at the same time as he respected our needs and decisions. Service was quick and the final product was excellent. He brought light into our dim basement and helped us with many other problems along the way! When he took a look at our electrical panel in the house we'd recently purchased, he informed us that it was over-extended and not up to code. We had 4 different rooms running off of one braker! He was extremely helpful in the process of installing a new electrical panel and we would've never known of our problems if it weren't for him. If you are looking for an experienced electrician who won't charge you ridiculous fees, Al is the guy!

    New electrical panel and Sauna electrical set up

    Cannot give a high enough rating. Above and beyond service and communication. Would highly highly recommend to anyone who is looking for trustworthy, reliable and professional service and an excellently finished job.

    Great service

    I turned to Homestars to find an Electrician, and Ali answered the call. He was prompt in coming over to assess the situation and offered one or two options. He has now solved our problem and we could not be happier. He is very amiable and efficient. I would certainly use his company again.

    Repair Outdoor Electrical Outlet

    We have worked with Ali for over 2 years on various household projects. He is by far the best electrician we have met. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable and gracious. His quotes are also reasonable and competitive. On this particular project, our outdoor electrical outlet was not working. Ali was able to arrive same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. In the past, Ali has fixed our smoke detectors and smart light switches. When he encountered something he was not familiar with, he contacted the manufacturer for the schematics. He was transparent, communicative, personable and professional throughout. I highly recommend his work.

    Ring doorbell installation

    I tried and failed to install a ring doorbell. Ali diagnosed the issues, came the next day and installed a new transformer and chime. Took about 2 hours. Everything works perfectly now.

    Electrical outlets and more

    We had Al come in on very short notice because I was trying to install an outlet myself and something went wrong. He was able to come within a couple of hours! He resolved the issue and showed us what was wrong. I have him coming back to fix a few more things which are not emergencies. Al is friendly, honest, and fair with pricing. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

    Service with Confidence

    I chose Photon on the basis of the reviews and the customer satisfaction. He worked on both my house and my daughter's house. I do not believe that we could have made a better choice. He gave a cost estimate prior to doing the work. He kept to it. Worked efficiently. Was friendly. He pointed out issues of which we were not aware, and then fixed them, even if they were not electrical (e.g. faulty drier vent). He will be my go-to person for any electrical work.

    Installation of ceiling fans and new outlets

    We are super happy with the work Ali completed for us. Not only did he do an amazing job but he was very helpful in walking us through each step along the way. He explained and ensured we were very clear on what would need to be done. I would recommend him to anyone.
