    Multiple electrical issues in our house

    Ali is the best electrician we’ve ever worked with, for the following reasons: 1. He truly cared about solving all of our issues. This was evident in how he always did what it took to get to the bottom of a problem (see 4,5 below) 3. He is reliable; he always showed up on time 4. He was an excellent communicator. While we were discussing our electrical problems he always kept us informed as to his thinking and his availability. And while at the house he always kept us informed as to the nature of each problem and how he would solve them 5. We had a non-working outlet in our kitchen that we had asked 3 different electricians to repair over the years (we’ve lived in this house for 17 yr) and all of them told us it couldn’t be done without ripping up the walls and replacing the drywall. Ali fixed it!! No cutting of walls necessary. We truly couldn’t believe this! 6. He repaired the electrical service to our front doorbell; our previous electrician had tried to do this twice and it kept failing. However, despite the electricity being restored the doorbell (Ring) still wouldn’t work. He called Ring and they agreed to send a replacement (I told Ali I’d be able to install it myself, now that there was electricity). But over the next few days Ali kept texting me asking about the status of the doorbell, again exemplifying his caring about solving our problem. To be specific, he clearly did his job of getting electricity to the doorbell but that wasn’t satisfying enough for him - he knew our problem was needing a working doorbell and he stayed in touch until he was satisfied that it was 7. He was very friendly and sincere as a person In summary, he is a superb electrician and we have recommended him to friends and will most definitely call him for all of our future electrical issues

    HDMI, Coax, and Electrical Wiring Project

    Al was very thorough with his work, and did everything I asked for and more. I highly recommend him for any wiring and electrical work that you need to get done around the house. Very happy with his work. Thank you so much Al.

    Repair of electrical problem

    Power was out to part of my house breaker not tripped. Solved the problem quickly and professionally, cleaned everything up wore second set of shoes in the house so no mess.

    Electrical Panel upgrading

    Photon Electrical services did my house electrical panel upgrading. They were very professional and worked so safely. They charged a very reasonable price. Al went up and beyond of all safety measures to make sure everything is done precisely. He is a very patient and perfectionist Electrician. I will absolutely hire him for my next projects. I would recommend him to whoever is looking for a professional Electrician!

    Bathroom fan replacement

    Recently our bathroom fan stopped working and was in need of replacement. Al responded to our request quickly and very helpfully tracked down an equivalent model fan searching from several different suppliers to find the right one. He walked us through the process and gave advice about the best way to go about replacement. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently and he did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

    Pot lights, ceiling speakers, ceiling replacement, insulation and painting - TWO rooms

    Arash and his colleagues were exemplary from start to finish. They are extremely tidy, courteous and timely. They fit us in between projects and managed to complete a two room restoration of a 90+ yrs old home with success. Hidden issues of lack of insulation cropped up and they were quick to provide suggestions that kept us close to our budget. By replacing a cracked lathe and plaster ceiling in the kitchen and stucco ceiling in the living room with insulation, pot lights and ceiling speakers, we now feel as though we have entered the 2020’s. Thanks to Arash and his wonderful team!!!

    Recessed Lighting and Rewiring

    Al doesn’t cut corners and aims to do things right the first time. When he replaced my old potlights with new LED ones, we discovered that the previous job (including the wiring) was a mess: he took the time to assess, explain the situation and provide safe solutions. I would highly recommend him.

    Bathroom, house wiring

    So glad to have found this amazing electrician

    We called Al to install three ceiling fans for us. He realized when he was installing them that the previous person who had done the electrical work on our house had, long story short, done an improper job with our wiring and had left it in a dangerous state. He expressed his concerns about it but wasn't pushy. In the end we ended up having him do way more than we had originally planned. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain things to us. He went above and beyond in his work. I could tell that he truly takes pride in doing a good job and also cares a lot about safety. He is also a very pleasant person and easy to communicate with. We felt very comfortable having him in our home and we trusted him fully to do the work correctly and safely. Thank you, Al, for your amazing work. I would recommend Al in a heartbeat.
