    Bathrooms renovations

    We just finished a renovation project of two bathrooms and couldnt be happier with the results. From the very beginning Denis and the team would always explain in detail what we should expect, recommend different options and always make sure that the results were in accordance with our expectations. While working on the project they would always make sure the site was clean before leaving. I would definitely recommend D.M.I. Construction & Electric Inc and would be happy to work with them on any future projects.

    Home Renovation

    Denis and his crew did extensive renovations to our home. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and their work ethic. We will definitely have them back for future projects, and will recommend them to family and friends!

    Extremely professional and quick service!

    Dennis did a fantastic job installing our new master bathroom toilet. He walked through the features of the toilet and ensured we knew how to adjust the seat. I would highly recommend him and we plan to work with him again on another project! Thanks again Dennis!

    Bathroom

    It is a pleasure working with the entire DMI team. We are extremely happy with the work so far and look forward to future projects. They work well, are very efficient, clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend DMI for any project big or small.

    Loft renovation

    Denis was very easy to work with. They did a great job on our flooring, carpet and vanity install.

    built in microwave replacement

    Ordered a new 30" microwave from BestBuy with install, waited hours for their tech who came and said they couldn't manage it and that a senior tech would come. Several phone calls later had another appointment (with 5 hour window) for the next day with the senior tech, who arrived and promptly said they couldn't install it! Called Denis who came with crew the next morning and was done in less than an hour. Read the manual to switch from recycling to venting, installed and tested. Fantastic service and heartily recommended!

    Fixing a leak in a bathroom and replacing a toilet

    We had a great experience with this company. Denis was very helpful and polite; he repaired the leak in a bathroom and replaced a toilet in less that two hours; he also tidied everything up after his work. We will definitely contact these guys again! I highly recommend them to everyone.

    Bathroom renovation - toilet bowl installation

    Tecnician arrived on time. Very professional attitude and excellent craftsmanship. Cleaned after work was finished. Wore mask during installation.
