DMI Construction did a great job renovating our kitchen and main floor. They were very knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with, and very flexible. We always felt that our best interest was always their priority, and they never tried to make us make decisions that we were uncomfortable with. If there was anything that needed to be changed or touched up, they would fix it quickly with no questions asked. We were always confident in their craftsmanship, and our house looks wonderful. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of renovations, and we will be looking to hire them for our next big project.

Denis and his crew completely transformed our master bathroom giving us everything we dreamed of. Their attention to detail and workmanship was unbelievable. They treated my renovation as if they were working on their own home. They were unbelievably accommodating considering how detail oriented and picky we were. His recommendations were spot giving us the modern/contemporary look we were aiming for. We installed a curb-less shower, in-floor heating, floating vanity and linen – the pictures speak for themselves. The bathroom is absolutely STUNNING and we can’t believe we have this elegant en-suite to call our own. Denis and his crew were always on time, very professional, extremely accommodating and masters at their craft. They’re truly great at what they do, they’re trustworthy and the right people for any job – believe me you won’t be disappointed. I hired DMI Construction to renovate my ensuite and prior to the job ending I was enamoured by their work that I quickly booked them to renovate my other bathroom immediately after completing my en-suite. Their work was meticulous - the before and after pictures speak for themselves. Dennis was easy to work with and very insightful. He and his team were super accommodating, punctual, competent and extremely clean. Denis is also very well connected to many suppliers which allowed us to achieve significant cost savings on materials. The quality of work and professionalism was above my expectations. I’ve already recommended him to family members and friends, one of which will be using his services as well. Dennis, Paul and Stipo thanks for all your hard work and creating 2 dream bathrooms for us. We’ll definitely be using your services again 100%!

My experience with DMI was exceptional. They were prompt, polite, professional and did amazing work!! They quoted a very reasonable price and stayed within budget. All work and clean up was done as quoted and on time and they were happy to work with my shift work schedule. They installed two electrical lines from my electrical panel to my garage, one 120v for my workbench and one 240v for my electric car charger. They also relocated and installed my pool electrical equipment. I am exceptionally happy with the work, service and price provided and would highly recommend this company for electrical work and home renovations.
