I would suggest them to anyone since they are quick, professional, and on schedule. Yuriy returned immediately to check on previous work done last year after a concern, and performed an excellent job of checking and ensuring that everything was in working order.

Yuri and Irnya and their crew are the BEST! Expert at what they do, very efficient, clean up before they leave and pleasant to have around. Said it would take less than a week and it did.

Quality Age Build is excellent company. I had them to lower my basement about 2 years ago and was very pleased, so I had them back to underpin my other property.

Yuri and team were very professional. It has been close to three years and his work of a concrete pad as well as a three wall roof have held up well. Some things that were done well: 1) Good workmanship 2) Friendly and curteous staff 3) Easy to work with from quote to finish Some things that should be considered 1) When putting in the posts I would have preferred if it was excavated, same for the cinder block wall around the patio. No doubt it is in a foot and half of concrete but in construction concrete on the grass is not the greatest. 2) Scheduling, once the work started Yuri did not stop till it was finished. However initial scheduling was patchy -- I should mention that the job was at the start of the pandemic so some staff were off.

Yuriy and his crew were highly efficient and hardworking. He was overseeing the underpinning project at my house. The speed with which they dug down my basement astounded me. The crew was well organized and had a clear understanding of their requirements. It makes me pleased to see such a hardworking group of people working together…and smiling!!!!

Quality Age Build is the greatest underpinning company, they are professional and efficient. All stages were completed as scheduled and the lowering itself was done in a week. I am enjoying my new space and it adds value to my home Believe me it is worth every penny for peace of mind. Highly recommended!!!!
