This was my first experience with Quality Age Build company and they did an awesome job from start to finish. Responses were quick and everything was done on time. Yuriy and his crew were friendly, and worked very hard to finish the job within 3 days. Glad I came across this company and would definitely recommend it to other homeowners.

The project manager was great but the project was delayed several months. There was a bulldozer stuck in my backyard for several weeks. When the project got off the ground, I learned that the man doing the separate entrance was subcontracted. That all being said, Yuriys own team was very solid; however the patio they build is sinking and looks terrible. All in all it was a good job for the most part but took a lot more time than anticipated!

Yuri and the Quality Age Team were a pleasure to work with and delivered on every promise. They provided a comprehensive quote that covered demolition of the existing foundation and structure above to the finished new foundation wall which demonstrated a true expertise on the required work. Quality Age treated my property with care and respect and showed up when promised and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.

Quality Age Underpinning is the best company you could find. If you are lucky enough to come across this review, dont hesitate to move forward with your project with them. Yuriy (owner) is very professional, he did all the due diligences to assess my property well before providing me with a quote. There were little to no surprise, thats to that. Yuriys crew is amazing, besides doing an excellent job and sticking to the timeline and budget, I felt it was a pleasure having the. Working in my home. Very experience team, super professional and cordial to my family and my neighbour. Everything was done following the design, and the inspections with the city were managed very well at all the right stages in the underpinning process. My home is an old row house originally built in the late 1800s so it was full of challenges. Yuriy and his crew knew how to handle every situation, when to consult the engineer, and always gave me the best advice. Even removing all the ground was a problem for other companies that quoted me (due to the narrow shared laneway at the back) but it was not a problem for Quality Age Underpinning. There was nothing more than a crawl space when work started, now I have a nearly 8 ceiling basement which was all professionally dugout and underpinned by Quality Age Build.

We had a pretty big job to do with our underpinning project. Yuriy was one of many quotes I had from others on Homestars. His quote was within range of others but what set him apart was his honest nature and his thorough explanation of the process. When we kicked off the project, Yuriy arrived with a massive team of what appeared to be Olympic strongmen. ;) This team set out every day for weeks digging, filling bins and pouring pins. Once done, they installed steel beams and posts as required by the architect, engineer and inspectors. Each stage was signed off by the city inspector and engineer. The waterproofing, plumbing and floor was poured on time (despite shortages in product availability). This team was professional, friendly, and transparent with all costs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.
