    Sewer replacement

    The workers did an excellent job and did a perfect clean up of the workplace as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

    Had a leak in my basement. Technician from Drain Kings, Benjamin, set up the diagnostic test and prepared an invoice of what would be involved. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. I will definitely use Drain Kings in the future should the need arise.

    Quick, professional service

    Had a leak under kitchen sink. Also needed to replace the faucet and the service provided was cordial, efficient, professional plumber was willing to explain what he was going to be doing amd why, and was able to assess and deal adequately with the situation

    Kitchen drain clog

    Had a slow draining kitchen sink for a couple of weeks that was getting progressively worse. Used Homestars to get interested service providers. Vetted a few and most had a service call/assessment fee. Based on the various callers the cost to snake and clear the drain averaged about $350.00. Drain King did not charge a callout fee and they were able to send someone out that very day. Jordon was polite, resourceful, patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. The problem turned out to be a lot more serious than I thought. Jordon presented the evidence, provided options and the reasons behind his recommendation. The fix costed way more than I had hoped but given the extent of the work to be done it seemed reasonable. In the end the team showed up at 9am the next day, dug a trench in the basement and installed new piping. It was the least invasive approach given that the basement is finished. Drain King followed up to ensure I was satisfied and warranteed the work. Tough pill to swallow but all things considered it was a pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to recommend them. They were fair, professional and delivered as promised with no onsite surprise charges.

    Drain Snaking

    It was a pleasure working with the technician Jonathan, he was punctual and after i told him what the problem was he than explained to me the procedure. He was very professional and friendly. i will highly recommend drain king to anyone also great customer service.!!!!

    Install toilet, install cartridges,replace city water shut=off valve

    Day 1 Toilet installation. Akshay came and gave fair estimate for both jobs and did the first two items. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and did an excellent job. Day 2 we had a Ukranian professional (didn't get his name. It was a difficult, messy job but was completed efficiently in just two hours and the clean up was well done. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience including dealing with the pleasant office staff. Kathlene kept us up to date with next steps etc.

    Sum pump repair

    Technician was very professional and knowledgable. He instantly diagnosed the problem with my sum pump and offered a solution. The issue was fixed in a timely manner with an efficiency.
