    Blocked drain

    The kitchen sink was backing up and as a result the dishwasher was overflowing. I called Drain Master in the morning and by 10am the plumber was at the door. He assessed the situation provided a quote and I chose to proceed with the work. John Had cleared the blockage within the hour. Fast reliable service.

    Sewer pump replacement

    Had my sewer pump replaced. The plumber, David, was great. Friendly, thorough and cleaned up afterwards. Customer service team is responsive and friendly as well. Pricing is on the higher side relative to other companies, but the service is great.

    Bathroom shower / toilet repair

    Highly recommend DrainKing. We have used them twice, once for a shower a repair and again to replace a toilet. Both were fixed in a timely and courteous manner, and at a reasonable cost. The office staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

    fixing piping in main bathroom and installing new taps and showerhead and spout and repairing leaks

    We called Drain King for a quote for potential work and very quickly Benjamin came to the house and quoted on two projects. We received copies quickly and never felt any pressure. We decided to proceed. The office was a pleasure to deal with in scheduling the work and Benjamin arrived within the timeframe promised. The job was done efficiently and professionally and from time to time while working he showed us his progress and explained everything. He was very knowledgable. We are extremely happy with the work and when we have some more work done we will definitely ask for Benjamin again. Thank you, Drain King, for the professionalism

    Getting an estimate for a Plumbing Job

    I recently posted a request on Homestars for a plumbing estimate & one of the respondents was Drain King. We have subsequently had a friend do the necessary work but the customer service provided by Drain King impressed me so much that I am letting other prospective clients know how great these folks are. It is often quite a challenge not only to find qualified but also customer driven tradespeople who have a good work ethic. Here is why I was so impressed with them: *they responded quickly to my request & set up an in-home visit at my convenience *provided the name & photo of the plumber who would be arriving *provided a link to my phone so I could follow his progress to my home *he put covers over his boots on entry to the house *surveyed the area, explained exactly what he would need to do *provided an estimate prior to leaving & a follow-up email estimate *office staff Kailee & Kathleen & plumber Benjamin were professional, responsive to my timeline & just very nice folks to deal with. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I will not hesitate to contact them should I have further plumbing needs. Sandy M.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    It happened on the New Year's Eve, and I needed someone to come fast. Drain King Plumbers were the only one who responded in less than 1 hours. John explained the options. Of course, running the snake down the drain did the job just fine. He did a quick and clean job. Pricewise is expensive for the time spent, but it was an emergency and expected. Important is that the job was done in a timely manner, quick and clean.

    Faucet and sink drain installation

    Response was rapid, plumber came quickly, plumber was knowledgeable and very courteous, clean Price was exorbitant for the work done is my only complaint.

    sewer line blockage

    Found sewer water in laundry room near drain. Called Drain King Plumbers, and requested an emergency repair. You responded fast by sending a technician to the house the same day. After diagnosing the problem, he found sewer line blockage was under our driveway was causing the problem. Repair crew arrived next day at 8.00 am and after digging found the blockage. More blockage was found that day that needed to be repaired. I ok the repair and 3 days later all old sewer lines were preplaced by PVC Plastic pipe. The guys worked as a team and made it look effortlessly. My wife and I sincerely appreciated the hard work that was done. After the repair, clean up was top notch. Thanks you Drain King Plumbers.

    service call leaking toilet/toilet filler installation

    Awesome professional job/quick response.Had leaking toilet(shutoff valve & connector hose) Customer supplied toilet filler kit & connector hose.Would definitely recommend to friends--Satisfied with plumbing service provided by Drain Kings Plumbers to complete toilet filler kit intallation.No more leaks!!
