    Shower valve

    Excellent service Jordan is terrific Explaining what is the issue of the shower valve Gasket inside is hood and shut off valve is good

    Good Drain cleaning

    Good cleaning of drain. The technician Samad did a goof job. Also he fixed a leaking pipe.

    Stubborn bathtub drain clog

    David was very clean and respectful. The job was not an easy one, but he persisted and succeeded! No more clogged drain. The service was pricier than I thought it would be, but after 3+ hours of snaking stubborn drains, I think it was money well spent.

    Prompt and Polite service

    My kitchen sink was clogged and backing up. A plumber arrived within 30mins of my contacting Drain King, identified and fixed the problem. I am very happy with the prompt and polite service I received.

    leak

    Service person was professional, polite, patient etc and have the values/personality to become a very good plumber with more experience. Time to figure out issue took longer than expected as he was not too experienced (around 5 yrs)

    Replace Water Heater

    My water heater started leaking and needed prompt service. I called Drain Kings and was able to get same day service. Benjamin came out did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the quick.service and the great work we received.

    Pipe replacement

    The pipe outside of my house was broken, and I need to get it fixed asap. I reached out to two companies, after I spoken with Kailee the store manager I have made my decision to go with Drain King. The team leader Kay who works in my house was doing a great work, he is very patient and answers all my questions. Moreover, I would like to thank Jason the technician manager who coordinated and arranged the special machines to get the work done perfectly. Although the construction was stopped for a few days due to weather conditions, I am understand and being acknowledged. Drain king is a good company and I would recommend thi company to my friends and families.

    Satisfactory Work; Disappointing Service

    The copper water pipe leading up to my upstairs bathroom was leaking causing damage to the living room ceiling beneath them. Drain Kings promptly sent someone over the next day and he effectively fixed it. I am quite upset though that there was some soldering involved in the living room and they didn't bring in any tarps or forewarn me that metal droppings would scatter all over the room so that I could move or cover up my furniture. Instead I was left with a badly damaged chair and a lot of extra clean up trying to scrape metal bits off my floor and shelves. I want going to post this review initially, thinking I would discuss my dissatisfaction with the company first. Their lack of response and no attempt to make things right was disappointing and as such I cannot recommend them.

Soldering in the ceiling can often be a difficult task and at times it can be hard to contain the dropping bits of solder. Even with a drop cloth, it can still make its way through.     Excavation and replacement of basement waste water plumbing.

    Drain King team excavated all the ancient clay piping in our basement, and replaced. We also had a sump pump installed. They worked very quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. The work appears to be top-notch. Would highly recommend!
