Usually, contractors or companies often propose writing a review or giving them a 5-star rating in exchange for a discount. However, I always decline such offers, so this review is entirely voluntary and reflects my genuine opinion.
Recently, I encountered a significant plumbing issue during a long weekend. Desperate for help, I conducted a Google search and stumbled upon four different websites. To my surprise, only one of them had a real person answer the phone promptly, unlike the others that relied on automated machines.
Since I was able to shut off the water and it was already Monday evening, the person on the phone assured me that a technician would be dispatched the following day between 8 AM and 12 PM. Remarkably, they informed me that there would be no charge for the service (including the technician's travel time) if I decided not to accept their estimate. This was the first time I had ever been given the option to refuse an estimate without incurring any fees.
The next morning, I received a call to confirm the exact arrival time, and 30 minutes before the technician's arrival, I received a text message containing his name, photo, and a live tracking link for his truck. This level of attention to detail and customer care was unprecedented in my experience.
Upon the technician's arrival, he provided me with a fair estimate that included several options, as per my request. To my delight, he had all the necessary spare parts, including multiple options for the kitchen faucet, which saved me valuable time. The entire job was completed swiftly and with meticulous precision.
Once the work was finished, I received another call to ensure my satisfaction with the service. In summary, I have never encountered such a high level of care and professionalism from any company before.
