    Unclogging kitchen drain

    We needed our kitchen drain unclogged, and ultimately needed a full flush. Took a couple of visits and there was a little lack of communication when the workman wasn't able to come at the scheduled time, but they were ultimately good about ensuring the problem was dealt with as soon as possible. It was a little perturbing that the first technician suggested we needed to replace a part that ultimately only had to be tightened. When the second technician came to do the flushing and part replacement, I suggested the possibility that it just needed to be tightened, he tightened it and removed the price of the new part from the bill. I wonder if the first guy who came out was rather junior. After the visit, I had a question about restarting my kitchen water filtration system, and I got a very quick reply from them, which was appreciated.

    DOWN THE DRAIN

    I hired this company to fix a stripped thread on my shower faucet knob. The plumber was very late. He was a pleasant person and when he arrived he gave me an exorbitant price. I told him that I investigated the issue beforehand and surmised that the job should only take a few mins to fix. A pro could do it in no time. Because of my own homework I insisted that I would not pay $500 +tx and he quickly agreed to pay MY price of $300 - which i probably still too high. Trust me, the job took him 3 mins to complete. I made my decision based on the conversation and the plumber's expertise at the time. That's all I can do. Today the original problem has returned. And I had it fixed properly with another plumber. So ...if you like throwing money down the toilet, call these guys.

    Bathroom upgrades

    Called for bathroom repairs / upgrades. Arrangements were made for a service call within 48 hours. The service rep was professional, and efficient explaining what was required and why. I have no issues recommending this company in future.

    Prompt and Professional Service

    Drain King responded very quickly to our plumbing problem via email. The serviceman arrived the next morning and very quickly and professionally installed a new filler valve. We would recommend them highly. Chris and Linda Toronto ON June 2023

    Repair Shut-off Valve for Exterior garden hose

    Drain for used water

    There was a water leakage in the house. Drain King plumbers came in an with their camera they found out that the pipes leading to the munipality pipe was broken. They did an estimate and this morning they did the work by replacing new pipe. The workers were very professional and polite. The work was done neatly. Thanks a lot team !
