    weird sound in the kitchen pipes

    There was a weird loud sound in my kitchen sink whenever the water would drain, I called drain king and they sent over Tyler to come check it out and it turned out the pipes had no re-leave valve. Thanks to him my water drains out nice and fast and without any noise.

    Drain cleaning.

    My kitchen sink was clogged for some time. I decided to call Drain King Plumbers for help. They came same day and did excellent job.

    Replacement of water stop valves

    The water valve in our basement which serves water to the garage and garden wouldn't turn on. Mike and Adam from this company replaced the valve plus the one in the garage. Two lovely guys who discussed the work and did a great job. I contacted Drain King on this site and got a call within 30 minutes. They were able to to the job the next day. Wonderful service and company. Highly recommend.

    Indoor plumbing

    Arrived on time and work was done professionally. The vendor was courteous and communicated well.

    Amazing!

    Amazing customer service and knowledge. They are very pleasant and did not pressure me at all. I got a free estimate on-site which is the best option possible and then I was able to take my time to decide if I wanted to proceed. They were very patient in answering my questions and helping me get the information I needed. Overall excellent service and they are now my go to plumbing and drainage company!

    I had issues with my toilet and Drain King sent a plumber on the same evening to have a look at it. They were professional, even sending a photo of the plumber before he arrived so I knew who to expect. I would highly recommend using Drain King.

    FAST, EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE

    Second time I have had an issue with the plumbing in the past 2 years, and both times Drain King Plumbers delivered top notch service. Not only a quick response, they were efficient, and did and excellent job, and to top it off very courteous and respectful. While I hope not to have any plumbing issues again, if I do these folks will be my first option.

    Excellent Service

    Excellent service from the time of booking until resolution. Very professional, explaining what would need to be done, affordable cost and follow up. My problem was a clogged kitchen sink. Keep up the good work!

    Check for leaks in shut-off valves and replacement of new bib

    Last night I put out a request through Home Stars regarding the shut-off valves iny basement and the removal of 22 year old garden hose in my garage. The customer service rep responded through Home Stars and then contacted me via cell phone. The technician Michael arrived within 20 minutes after receiving a phone call from Kathleen. He was polite and professional and did answer all of my questions. I was not charged for the inspection. He successfully removed the old garden hose and added a high quality bib to the tap. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me the completed work for my final inspection. The charge was quite reasonable for the replacement bib and his labour. I appreciated the fact that Michael did inform me that the shut off valve to my outdoor tap may need to be replaced in the next couple of years. He told me that he was going to send me information regarding the cost of the new part. In conclusion, I did like the fact that the customer representative Kathleen was quick to respond to my phone calls and concerns about the job. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers to do any type of plumbing job you may require for a reasonable charge. Good customer service is very hard to find these days. However, both Kathleen and technician Michael made sure that I was satisfied with the work provided. Thank you very much! Kind regards, Antonietta W.

    Toilet Replacement

    I got a call from my tenants about an issue with the toilet in their unit. It was the only one they have. Luckily, the receptionist at Drain King got us an appointment the same day, and a new toilet was supplied & installed within a few hours. The price was reasonable, it came with a warranty, the customer service was exceptional, and my tenants are happy with the toilet. Very good first experience and will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs. Would highly recommend!
