    Shower faucet cartridge replacement

    Cartridge replacement took a maximum of 15 minutes. The individual was very quick to detect the issue and got to work right away, with a reasonable cost after comparing to multiple plumbers. Their app tracking for arrival of the technician had issues, but was greatly appreciated that they had a rough ETA for when the technician would arrive. Thanks for the service!

    Leaking Dishwasher Emergency Valve

    The emergency shut off valve that connects our dishwasher's water source was leaking. I reached out to Drain King Plumbers and they returned my call promptly and the person I spoke with was extremely personable. She explained that a plumber would be dispatched to our home and asses the problem. At that point the plumber would quote us a cost including parts and labour. We would have the option of continuing with the service call or look for another quote elsewhere if we felt it was too high - no charge for showing up, which was awesome! The next day we were advised, by phone, of the plumber's ETA and able to track him online so no guess work as to when he would arrive. Samad was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly and set out the cost breakdown. He had the correct tools and parts required for the job. He wore booties and brought a small portable shop vac. for clean up. I feel confident that the work was completed at a fair cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain King again for any future plumbing problems.

    Plumbing

    Had a wonderful plumber who knew his stuff. I know I "might" have been able to do it myself, however as usual there were glitches that would have road blocked my success but not with the pro taking care of everything for me. I was quite surprised at the high fee but I could never have done it properly...the pros sure do. Thanks for the great service!

    Plumbing

    I was contacted very shortly after entering a request. I receive d an appointment that day for a quote. They sent a text with the photo of the plumber who was coming so I knew exactly who was coming to my home. When I called to book, I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The plumber arrived and took care of the problem right away. He let me know every step of the way and explained what he was doing and why. He also told me what my next steps would be. The work was completed quickly and tidily.

    P-trap Leak Fix

    Chose this company again (3rd time), mostly due to: 1. Phone receptionists knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. 2. Able to make visits in a timely fashion. 3. Personable plumber. Alex visited the same day as my call, and fixed the problem, then checked that the leak has stopped after waiting a while for the glue to set. It cost more than I was expecting, but getting too old to do it myself.

    Kitchen Sink

    Very happy with Drain King and Alberto! The undermount sink in my kitchen had detached from the quartz counter. Many companies weren't able to help me but Drain King had Alberto contact me right away and I was able to have my sink fixed within a couple hours. Will definitely recommend!

    Sink Drain change

    Great experience! Sending technician who is coming with pic and tracking was awesome. Tyler was courteous and provide good advice. Completed work on the spot and very satisfied!

    Great experience. Very responsive and professional service provider. Had a plumbing issue that was dealt with immediately. Im very happy and highly recommend Jason and his team.

    Great service

    Our kitchen sink was clogged. They came within an hour of calling. The plumber ending up snaking the sink. We were happy with the cost and that they fixed our problem. Thank you Drian King!

    service, bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing - amazing job

    Good quality of work, explain everything that has to be done. courteous, honest and definitely they know the job. I may add also, they are very clean that is after the job is done, they clean up whatever mess they did. not like other plumbers that I dealt before.
