    Plumbing emergency

    I live in Ottawa but own a house in Toronto. My tenant called me in a panic around 6PM as the outside water valve was leaking in a big way. I searched online and found Drain King Plumbers. They responded quickly and were at the house within 2 hours. They didn't demand cash upfront (an experience I have had with other places) but did the work and then called me the next day to finalize payment using my credit card. The plumber, Jon, explained to me over the phone what the situation was and offered useful information. Pleasant, professional and competent. Many thanks!

    Leak from washing machine hose

    I had a sudden leak from my washing machine, and contacted Drain King to come by. Mike, who came to assist with the problem, was very professional and competent. I was impressed that he was able to easily and quickly resolve the problem. Drain King is a bit more expensive than the competition, but the company clearly trains its technicians well, and I was very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to use the company again for any plumbing-related matters.

    Small leak in pipe leading to outside faucet

    Excessively expensive for 1hour of labour and minimal parts. Very pleasant and professional plumber. Perhaps travel time costs were part of the bill? Will source local company for future work.

We would not be in business long and have such a great reputation if we were overcharging customers.     Hose seized onto tap.

    I couldn’t get my hose off my outside tap. Michael came on time and fixed the problem in no time. Great service.... Great technician.... I will use Drain King again.

    Toilet Tank Loose

    I was concerned as pipes had never been checked and wanted to ensure no issues to address. Michael looked at all pipes and identified only issue was toilet needed to be tightened. Michael was quick, efficient and very polite.

    Kitchen sink installation

    Very happy with the service provided by Drain King. Michael was quick, efficient and did a great job with the installation. Will be happy to recommend them forward, and use them in the future!

    Clogged Drain

    Drain King was prompt and found the tree root clogging the drain. Arranged for all the city inspections, etc quickly in order to dig down and replace the necessary pipe as we couldn't use the plumbing until fixed. Offered a 20 yr warranty on the work.

    Drain Line Clogged

    Tyler and Jason were very reliable and professional. The kitchen sink line was severely clogged. Once we called for their service they quickly tackled the problem. They explained what work needed to be done, efficiently resolved the issue, and relieved us of our stress !

    Emergency call

    Tyler came to investigate the water leak and quickly found the problem. I cant thank the service enough for responding so quickly to my call. I appreciate all those I spoke with on the phone who helped facilitate this water rescue. I will certainly use the service again and recommend them to others Anne Mior

    Kitchen sink drain
