    Pipes

    Mike was to pleasure to communicate with. He was prompt respectful and kept his mask on the whole time. Quick and efficient. I am happy with the job. Thank you.

    Amazing response and quality of work

    Had to change fix a toilet and 2 spouts in my house. Alissa was quick to respond to my request. Michael was there within the next hour to give me a quote. We scheduled the work order for next morning but something came up that I had to get the work done the same day. Alissa once again understood my situation and scheduled for the job to be done the same evening. Michael was at the house bang on time and got the work done. The quality of work was great. 5 stars and highly recommend Drain King Plumbers

    replace shower faucet, spout, and head

    Upper bathroom shower developed a leak. Main water had to be turned off. Drain King responded promptly to request and arrived within the time period requested. Service technician gave ,and stood by his quote despite a very difficult job replacing the shower and piping due to the placing of the studs. He did a very thorough, and professional job on the installation. Thank you.

    Replacing Old Pipes

    My parent condo has had the same pipes since they bought it, and we were told they were starting to rust and rot, so I googled plumbers looking for a good review.l They got back in touvh with me and sent out Tyler to do the repairs, who was very knowledgable and patient with me and my dad. We appreciate his work and the company's service

    Replacement of stop-valve for dishwasher

    We had a leak in the stop-valve of our dishwasher Drain King fixed it without any issues. They were able to accommodate coming the following day, which was also appreciated. Thank you for the professional service!

    Drain backup

    I just wanted to say how happy I am with Drain King. When we got home on Sunday to a mess of a basement, we had no idea what to do. I googled for plumbers/drain experts and drain King had a lot of good feed back so we went with them. From the person we spoke to on the phone, to the plumber that came in, and the job itself, I just wanted to say how happy I am with Drain King. From the person we spoke to on the phone, to the plumber that came in, and the job itself, everything was beyond my expectations. They were able to work with our insurance to get coverage for the drain replacement. The crew was able to come the next day, so we were very happy it got done so quickly. I would highly recommend drain King to anyone that has any drain or plumbing issues!

    First home and plumbing was a nightmare

    We finally bought our first home in March. We knew from the inspection that there was a leak in the basement and some issues with the sink. We had a flood in the basement when we did the laundry. Naturally, we called a plumber. I talked to Jason about the inspection report and used a camera to check the pipes. Turns out they were all broken, Jason was very helpful though. He highly recommended a sump pump which we refused because replacing all the pipes was very expensive. We should have listened to him since we had to call him back. We had mold in the basement and as they were vacuuming the water out more water was coming in from the ground. Apparently there is a high level water in the neighborhood and all the neighbors have a sump pump! This time we followed all his recommendations. We got a sump pump and a back up battery, as per Jason suggestion. we did not want more headaches with the basement. Now it is super dry and we are really happy!

    Fast, simple, and easy!

    We had inside and outside faucets leaking. Professional and quick replacement by Drain King. Price seemed a little high but that may say more about my perception of prices than the service. Convenience was great. Problem solved!

    Replacement of Bathroom Taps

    I had an emergency plumbing issue in my bathroom. The tap sets required replacement, and the plumbing is extremely old at my residence. I contacted Drain King and the responded promptly, and the plumber that was dispatched, was courteous, honest and did everything he could to get it repaired and communicated what was going on throughout the repair, and keep it functional without having to get into a whole new replacement.

    Basement drain

    Called Drain King because of a basement drain backup...they were punctual and the technician, Tyler was polite, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the problem...fixed it, then we conversed about future work when I decide to fix up my basement in the future....and I will definitely be calling Tyler when I start that work.... Thank You...A plus
