    GLOGED DRAIN IN BASEMENT FLOOR

    Called Drain King real fast prompt service, Jordan arrived with in one hour or less did a rota rooter on the drain and ungloged the drain and did a camera scope and all was well great job........... we know who to call if it happens again..........thanks again for your great service... mike and kathy

    clear blocked toilet

    Good quick service. A little pricy for what did turn out to be a 2 minute job. But to be fair they cleared the blockage.

    Clear Drain Clog or Blockage
    We had sewage/gray water back up into the basement. This occurred just before the week of flooding in Hamilton area, but not related to the flooding. The work was done in one day with several items to be finished when the concrete dried. Very happy to have it fixed so expeditiously. Tree roots gone, pipe replaced and back flow valve installed.

    Kitchen Drain Clog

    Quick and knowledgeable service to repair kitchen drain clog. Agent had good understanding of the issue. Cost was maybe a little higher than expected but was very satisfied. Too aggressive w automated follow up to rank service.

    Prompt, Courteous Pro Service and Very fair pricing

    We've been annoyed by a very s-l-o-w bathroom sink drain and it finally got to us. Got quotes on HomeStars and Kailee was on the phone to me within the hour, and Michael from Drain King arrived not long after that! Courteous and professional service, and a spot-on diagnosis from Michael, who then proceed to get the sink draining beautifully! So pleased... thanks guys!

    Very reasonable prices for top quality work! 10 STARS!!

    I had a leak in my ceiling that ended up being from a bathroom upstairs, the contractors couldnt figure out it but the technicians Tyler from Drain King Plumbers were able to find the problem and that wasnt even part of their job responsibility. They took the time to help the contractors find the source and eventually did the plumbing repairs required to fix the ceiling and bathroom. The pricing was very fair and I didnt feel they were trying to make extra money from other plumbing issues. They fixed what was needed and gave me the option of different fixtures to use depending on my budget. It was a great experience from the moment I spoke to Kailee, Kathleen and the entire office staff on the phone. I will be recommending them to my family and friends! They also kept my house very clean which was important to me. Thanks Drain King

    Drain Snaking

    Was quoted $200-$300 over the phone, but when the technician arrived he immediately quoted me nearly $500 before even assessing the issue. He ultimately gave me a discount to lower the cost which I appreciated but feel like the company shouldn't be giving quotes over the phone and that quotes provided should be honored. Another plumber had called me the same day I made an appointment with Drain King but because the quote provided was similar to what the second plumber was offering I declined their service. Even with the discounts, accepting the other offer would have been cheaper. Overall service was fine though I do feel like there was a bit of a bait and switch.

    Install new drain install new tap Snake drain and flush

    both technicians knew what they were doing good work will recomend if anyone ask if I know a plumber Showed up when they said they would
