We purchased ten windows from Panes. We did our research and believe this is the best window on the market. Quality product and excellent service. Highly recommend this company and product. Professional installers and very competent. Thank you David for your time and insight.

Window replacement
I ordered and installed my own replacement windows. Staff was very helpful. Ordering was easy. I installed triple pane with Low e and argon for the cost of standard windows at the big box guys. Highly recommend.

We are building a brand new house , and we had ordered windows from Panes Window Manufacturing Inc. It was oversize big windows. The windows is very nice and quality is amazing. Thank you very Much for a good Job! I highly recommended Panes Window Manufacturing Inc! Angela

Replaced All Windows
We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our aging house while increasing the amount of light and fresh air from the outside. The process started with Phil coming to our house and evaluating our existing windows. I knew right away Phil was knowledgable and experienced to get the job done. He even suggested a 6 foot wide patio to replace a window in the back (which eventually changed the entire look and feel of the house inside as well). My wife and I went to meet with the owner David, who graciously gave us a tour of the factory where they manufacture all the windows. It is an amazing operation! We gave our 50% deposit, waited 4-5 weeks and it took about 2 days for Phil and his team to install everything. All garbage and old windows was neatly collected, all new windows were insulated and it has completely changed the house from the inside and out. I love it! The only thing that could use improvement is the Canada Zone stickers were a little difficult to peel off and left glue residue. I suspect these are regulatory stickers, but regardless it's a little bit of a pain to remove unlike the other stickers on the windows which peeled off without any problem. I would give David and Phil and 10/10 without any doubt!

Window replacement
We decided to change windows of our whole house with brick to brick installation. Decided on Panes for two reasons, 1) a reasonable quote 2) the approach by David Beckman. He was very professional and also quick in completing the paperwork for Ontario Government rebate. Our new windows have given a new look to our house. I would anytime recommend Panes Windows for quality product Canute

Windows
We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows, and appreciated the quick response times to any questions we had leading up to installation. The live chat option on their website was very helpful when we were first researching the company, and they were able to answer any questions we had.

Window Replacement
We decided to replace 8 of our windows and started looking for a company to do the work. After much research and getting a few quotes, we decided on Panes Window Manufacturing. We have to mention their website which gave us a good idea of the configuration and price for what we wanted. After meeting with David to discuss the details, we knew we had made the right choice. All our questions were answered honestly and the pricing was excellent. The installation was on time and went well. It was a really hot day but the installers worked very hard to get the job done properly. The windows are of excellent quality and look great. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommended for product, service, and installation !
