I always shop around before I purchase anything. I got a number of quotes for the services I need and received the best one - by a mile - from Panes. The price was great and the service was outstanding! I highly recommend Panes to my family, friends and coworkers all the time! Best company around!

I moved in to a new build by Aspen Ridge in May of 2017, and the windows were absolutely terrible! Instead of dealing with their non-existant customer service we decided to replace the windows in our house. We priced out several jobs from several companies, and the salesman from Panes (David) was absolutely wonderful! We learnt that they actually manufacture the windows they sell, and because of this they gave us an unbeatable price. The whole process was completely painless, David came to our home and pulled out a completely electronic configurator using his laptop (as if he was building a car!) He used it to give us a quote, so we knew that he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on us. We had the windows installed in August, and they just contacted me to tell me that I was eligible for a free upgrade to these fancy new window screens they just released, we're so excited! I would certainly recommend Panes to my friends and family, and I recommend them to you as well!
