Krystle provided me a virtual quote in less than a couple of hours of requesting one and installation date was set a week later. Justin was professional, on time which is a big plus, got the AC installation done and left the place clean. With a 10 year labour plus parts warranty, I have nothing to worry about for now. The house cools in no time. Great work guys!!

I cannot say enough good things about Justin and Krystle. The customer service they provide is beyond anything I've ever experienced. We have had Lendrix in for a few years now for our annual HVAC maintenance and the service is always amazing. This year Justin advised that our furnace was no longer operating correctly and set out our options to repair /replace it, we decided immediately to have Lendrix do the work. Our hot water tank was also ancient so we decided to replace it at the same time. Within a day Krystle was emailing me with the required paperwork and answering my millions of questions. 3 weeks later Justin and his brother arrived for the install. They arrived on time and were respectful and professional the whole time. They were very aware of our home and were very careful to not cause any damage or make a mess while removing the old furnace and hot water tank. Justin explained everything and even repaired old issues that needed to be addressed as he went. Once they were finished, Justin went through the operation of the new units with us and answered any questions we had. Krystle applied for all the warranty certificates and took care of all the paperwork so we didn't have to worry about it. It's clear they take pride in their work, they always go above and beyond and are very quick to reply to messages and emails. The whole process was seamless and stress free. Justin even came back after he had left to check on a new noise we were hearing. As long as Lendrix is around we won't be going anywhere else for our HVAC needs.

I was planning to shop around to make sure I find the best deal for a new AC. However, after communicating with Krystle, I didn’t even care what other companies offered. I discussed with my husband and contacted her back right away without checking the quotes that other companies sent me. Krystle was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive, professional and patient. She would answer thousands questions that you had. Justin was also wonderful. He was so quick and efficient. He explained everything clearly, made sure I totally understand how to operate and maintain the new AC before he left. I strongly recommend Lendrix for anyone who is considering getting a new AC.

We had received a referral from our family to reach out to Justin at Lendrix. From our first contact for a quote to the booking of our services, it was 1.5 weeks. Justin responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. We were looking for a provider who provided a good warranty and also coverage for servicing. Lendrix provides 10 years warranty on the AC and also 10 years service should anything go wrong. This was the piece of mind we needed. We were afraid of how the lines would be ran from our mechanical room to the outside as we had a developed basement and Justin was very knowledgeable and was able find a route that didn’t require our ceilings to be cut into. Would definitely refer Lendrix for anyone requiring an AC unit.

We are incredibly impressed with our experience with Lendrix. From the quote stage through installation and follow up, they went above and beyond. First, their pricing is competitive - and they recommend the products that work best for your situation and lay out options so you can quickly evaluate options. Even though we did go with slightly upgraded A/C units we were never under pressure to upgrade, and Justin gave us his informed and helpful opinion on all of our options. It was by far the best quote experience we had. On installation day, Justin and his teammate spent over 13 hours getting everything perfect - repairing old work as they went (which by quote they really didnt have to do). We had an original (1986) system before - and no A/C - so it was a huge job. Justin also installed our ecobee thermostats (and a new humidifier at no cost) and finished the day with a thorough walk through of all the equipment and how to use/maintain it. They even completed all of the warranty registration for our new furnaces/AC units so we wouldnt have to. I couldn't recommend Lendrix more - Justin and Krystle were wonderful to work with and the end product is professional, effective, competitively priced and exactly what we were looking for. We'll be customers for life.

Krystle was amazing to deal with for handling our contactless quote, arranging an appointment and answering my million questions. She was super responsive and patient while I got multiple quotes. I really appreciate it! I found that their pricing was all inclusive, unlike many other providers. They also helped submit our paper work for the extended warranty through Lennox. Great warranty on parts and labour for 10 years! Justin was quick and efficient at installing our unit, explained how to maintain our unit for each season. They followed up with an email with tips and tricks for maintaining and operating our unit. I'm so thankful that we were able to use a family run company - it's important to me to be able to support a well run small company during times of uncertainty.
