have been looking at installing air conditioning for several years and I knew this was the right year to do it and support a local business. I did the pre-work and sought out reviews and a a few quotes. Hands down Justin and Krystle offered the best service with the highest level of professionalism. Justin took the time to answer all of my questions, ensured I knew what my options were, and provided excellent education. The install itself was clean, organized and efficient. Krystle also demonstrated expertise and excellent organization with setting up our estimate, passing on my questions, and arranging service. For the next ten years the unit will be under warranty and any concerns will be handled by Lendrix Hvac Services. The extra step that set the business apart was their due diligence for COVID 19. I felt safe and I had plenty of options available to ensure risk mediation within our home. This might not be the factor that cements a sale for you, but with the work I do it was a critical must.

Justin is VERY knowledgeable, and answers your questions Re-Phone or text ASAP. I needed to get an extra part and Justin came the next day to install it so my unit was working right away. I would recommend this company hands down

Lendrix was one of the few companies that offered contactless quotes for AC which was very important to me during the COVID-19 pandemic. Krystle was very responsive in answering my questions and provided information for our options and their installation process. The price quoted was fair and competitive to the quotes I received from other companies but the communication with Lendrix helped finalize my decision. Justin was punctual for the install and finished well within the estimated time frame. In addition, Justin wore gloves and a mask and wiped down surfaces to sanitize during the install. I appreciate the responsiveness and diligence of Lendrix and highly recommend their product and services.

Lendrix HVAC has very good communication. They responded back to me promptly and was very informative. They were able to give me a quote with out being in person as I provided the proper photos of my property. The quote that was given to me was very reasonable. Justin, the technician that installed the air conditioner unit was punctual and professional. After he finished the installation, he gave me a walk through on the operation and maintenance of the unit. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Called in Hendrix on recommendation of a friend. Got a great price compared to several other companies we got quotes from. Installed just what we needed to cool our home. No pressure to buy anything more expensive. Amazing service. On time for installation. Gave us excellent demo and information on new A/C.
