Justin is fabulous to work with. This is the second time we've used him. They show up on time and explain everything.

Justin did an awesome job with the installation. He was on time, professional, and personable. I received a thorough walk through of what to do for maintenance, and a lesson on how to work my new thermostat. Justin went above and beyond. We had a furnace failure at my cottage, and he was more than accommodating to travel to my place, supply and install the furnace. He was extremely flexible to be at my place while other members were there. And in this time of social distancing, he completed the install all the while ensuring safety to both himself and my family. The complete replacement and upgrades are clean, compact, organized and well positioned to function for years. His timing in response to me was immediate and reflects his commitment to customer service. If you’re looking for an HVAC team, they are personal, professional and true to their words. We woke up to a VERY cold house on Thursday morning, only to find out the furnace had been blowing cold air all night. We were worried, as not only was the pandemic upon us, but the Easter weekend and some very cold temps. I made a post to our local Facebook group, and Justin's wife posted saying they would be more than happy to help. I am beyond thankful she did, as Justin was incredible! He came over during the Easter weekend, and found the trouble in only 30 minutes. It turned out to be the control board. We needed to wait another day as all stores were closed Easter Monday, but by 10am Tuesday morning the control board was replaced, and we had heat again! I cannot even begin to say how thankful we are to Justin for his fast, professional, and extremely caring nature. When were are looking to replace our AC in a year or 2, he will be the first guy we call. Justin, you are are rockstar...thank you so very very much!!!

From the start when I met Justin and Crystal at the Calgary home show, I knew they were the company I was going to do business with. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable as to what type of system I required and the size to effectively and efficiently cool my 700 sq foot condo. When Justin came to provide the quote and see the job site to understand what he needed. He was very thorough in explaining to me what was going to get done with the install. On installation date, he arrived on time, worked diligently to complete the install in just over 5 hours. He cleaned up along the way and left a relatively clean work space. I am extremely happy with the install and both inside and outside. We just need to get some warm weather so I can use the system. The finished product blends nicely into my decor as you can see from the picture after I replaced the pictures that I had taken down for the install. I highly recommend Justin and Crystal to work with when you are looking for a quality Lennox AC or Heating product.

Justin was great, from the initial quote to the install I really enjoyed dealing with him. He is honest and up front. Lendrix will be the only company I use moving forward.

While here for a routine duct cleaning, Justin noticed that both the igniter and the motor on the furnace weren't functioning properly. I guess the home inspector missed it when we bought our place last year, but I'm sure happy I hired a professional to do routine maintenance! This repair probably saved us thousands down the road. Thanks Lendrix!!!
