We have an older home with a 30 year old furnace and no A/C. After the heat wave in 2021 we decided to invest in central air. We arranged for several quotes and were impressed with the knowledge and expertise exhibited in the quote from Justin at Lenndrix HVAC Services. He came to my home, inspected it and outlined what we needed including a replacement furnace due to the old model being much too large to accomodate the air conditioning coils. The entire job was completed in one day including replacing the furnace, installing the outside condenser and inside coils, running the exhaust and other vents, running electricity and connecting the thermostat. We found the summer of 2022 to be a hot one and we REALLY appreciated the A/C. We set it to engage at 22 degrees and found that it would typically run from mid afternoon to late evening at which time we could cool down the house over night just by opening windows. We have a very comfortable home in the heat of the summer. I was curious about the change in my electrical bills now that I have A/C and compared the summer months of 2021 (no A/C) to 2022 (with A/C). I found that we tended to use about 100KWH more in 2022 which worked out to about $10 more per month. We're very pleased with the equipment, service and support that we received from Lennox HVAC Services and have already recommended them to some friends.

I went with lendrix for air conditioning. I'm glad I did. He showed up early and the job was done in about 2 hours. The price was good compared to the other company I reviewed on Google. The quote was given over email and did not change. They do not try and upsell you which is always appreciated. Highly recommended! There is a reason they have all 5 & 10 star reviews.

Krystle and Justin were amazing from start to finish. We worked with Krystle to land on the best a/c and furnace unit for our home. I appreciated her candour. Lendrix also installed a vent in our basement bathroom, a new furnace humidifier and our ecobee thermostat (we purchased the thermostat). The approximate cost includes the furnace ($5400 + GST); A/C ($4200 + GST) and all labour. Would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation.

Justin installed the air conditioner for us last fall. It was first time for us to get a chance to use it recently. AC didn't work. Justin came in the next morning, quickly figured out the problem with our Ecobee thermostat. He provided professional notes as requested by Ecobee support within a very short time, so that Ecobee could move forward to replace the product for us. ( ours is still within warranty period.)

I met Justin at a Calgary Reno show a few years back and knew then it was the company I wanted to deal with. They did not disappoint. Good pricing, on-time installation, furnace and AC maintenance walk thru - just great people both personally and professionally to work with. We are recommending them to anyone we hear are in need to any furnace or AC work.

This company was awesome to deal with. They gave a very thorough explanation prior to deciding to use their services. The install was very professional and very well done. They provided a walk through as well as instructions after on how to use the product. They were far beyond better than the other companies we talked to.

Justin and Krystle were very friendly, helpful and easy to work with, this is our first time having AC so they answered all our questions and walked us through everything. Justin came and did the install quickly and efficiently. We also compared to a few other other companies, Lendrix was the cheapest and easiest to work with. They came highly recommended by our friend as well - we will also be recommending Lendrix to our friends!

These people are amazing. Since day one of install in 2020 we have enjoyed the install of our a/c and Justin was so amazing even help us with the new thermostat we purchased. Fast forward to 2022 and out a/c wasnt running and Justin right away explain what we should check and when that didnt work he was over in 5 minutes and solve the problem of a loose wire. I would tell anyone I know or even dont know that this place is were to go for your A/C or any hvac related things.

I recently had a new air conditioning unit installed through Lendrix. Right from the onset Justin and Krystle were professional, honest, and available for questions. We live in an older built house which like many can provide unexpected challanges...this was no exception. The quick troubleshooting/turnaround that Justin was able to provide in the face of unexpected hiccups was incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend Lendrix to anyone for their HVAC needs as my experience has been incredible!
