We were recommended by friends to try Lendrix HVAC for an air conditioner and were extremely happy we did. Justin is very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything step by step to us. Any time we asked a question he answered in a timely manner. After he finished the install he walked us through what he did, and what we should do to maintain it. As well, we received an email with tips to keep it running like new. I would highly recommend him!

Justin and Krystle from Lendrix HVAC services made the experience smooth, organized and punctual. Service was very prompt and communication was also prompt. Highly recommend their services. For AC installation they have financing options too.

Lendrix was fast to respond to our initial request for an AC, fast to respond to emails, quick to install the unit and very knowledge about the entire process.

Lendrix was recommended to me by fellow Calgaryians and I couldn’t be happier that we went with them. From the start, Justin offered me a quote through email without even coming on site and this was so helpful because my wife and I are fairly busy. Justin quoted my house with the exact equipment I needed to ensure my AC mad water softener met my needs and would last longer in the future. Even when I asked him to put a bigger unit in my house, Justin told me that it was not needed and it would just ruin the equipment over time. This truly shows that Justin cares about his customers and did not want me to pay more than I needed to. On installation date, Justin was on time and installed everything quickly. He was very nice and organized . When comparing prices, lendrix offered me the best quote and the best warranty. I highly recommend them and will continue to see lendrix for all my hvac needs! Justin and Krystle were very friendly and easy to work with. Quick AC install quote, quick email replies, a variety of options and install dates. Justin came and did the install quickly and efficiently. I compared other companies, Lendrix was the cheapest, friendliest and quickest to reply. They came highly recommended by friends too. The outside unit is sitting on a slab, I do wish it was mounted up higher on a bracket. The hole where the lines go into the basement is sealed off with silicone, time will tell how well this will hold up. I suspect there may be some cold air coming into the basement during winter so I will add some insulation. I have not run the AC unit yet but I’m sure if there were any issues, Lendrix would take care of it. Overall very satisfied with Lendrix.

Krystle and Justin at Lendrix were great to work with. One thing I look for when working with someone is communication, and communication is key! My e-mails, concerns, questions were all promptly addressed. I was undecided between the different A/Cs available, and Krystle provided helpful information that ultimately aided in our decision. Supporting local is great for the community, and I'm glad I went with them for my AC.

Krystle was prompt to send out quotes, and addressed all our questions in a timely manner. We never felt forced to decide right away. Justin, during the installation day, was the most efficient, and accommodating AC expert we had ever encountered. He was quick to be concise on what to watch out for once we operate the AC. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we can definitely rely on them for after service, if and when needed. Good job Lendrix!

I heard of Lendrix through some research and inquired about a quote for a/c install in my house, from start to finish was a Great experience!! I encourage anyone to look no further than Lendrix for all your HVAC needs!
