    Furnace and tankless water heater plus attic insulation

    The guys get on time explain the work they will doing step by step no all the house have same setup they find dificulties but they find the way to finish the job thank guys.

    Furnace And water tank

    Fast and Friendly installers and very informative on maintaining products also a Big thanks to Dustin and Lisa Campos for a fast and very prompt response

    Replace hot water tank.

    Dustin and his technicians were a pleasure to work with. The technicians replaced my leaking hot water tank in no time. Their professionalism and knowledge of hot water tanks was shown as they explained the process and upkeep of the new tank. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their hot water tanks, furnaces, etc. to get the job done!!

    Water Tank replacement

    My Water Tank was leaking contentiously and had to be replaced right away since my house was without hot water. Called Efficient Home Comfort and dealt with Dustin who was very obliging. He gave me a fair price and had his technician come out the very next morning , that is an 18 hour response time. My new tank was installed and I had hot water in my house again. Thank you very much for the speedy service, it was much appreciated. Will call Dustin again for future work.

    Furnace

    The house was not staying heated. I therefore called to have an expert being sent to look at what may cause that to happen. Neil, the expert and one of their staff was having a very long and busy day but assured showing up between 7 PM and 9pm and so he did show up before 9pm. He was very professional and friendly. He attended to the problem straightaway and it was fixed in no time. He educated me on what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. Excellent service with a great positive attitude. We are covered under warranty so no cost to us.

    Refrigeration

    Their technicians and sales staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had 3 other companies come in prior to these guys and they beat all pricing. They go the extra mile in explaining the entire job and how the costs would work, very professional company. We highly recommend to anyone!

    Removed dying 1960s Furnace and installed New Goodman

    My 1964 Howard Southwind Furnace died and I needed to get a new furnace installed quickly. Dustin of Efficient Home comfort took care of everything including help coordinating the home inspection to enable us to get a rebate from Enbridge gas. The old furnace had to be cut into pieces for removal, new sheet metal was fabricated to hook up the new furnace to the existing ductwork, a humidifier and condensation pump were installed and a new vent pipe drilled into the side of the house. The installers, Neil and Tosh were knowledgeable, did a neat and clean instillation and cleaned up well. They were also personable and polite. Neil took the time to explain the optimum settings for our thermostat as well as how to manage the humidity controls of the new system. The job took most of Saturday to complete and came in at the exact price quoted. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

    New furnace installation, attic insulation and air sealing

    Dealt with Dustin, and the service provided was top notch! The technician assigned to install the furnace(if i remember the name correctly , the name is Neil), despite encountering surprise that had to move my water tank out of the way to install the furnace, he did the job pretty quick and tidy. He even provided a couple tips to save the energy and how to take care of the furnace after. On the attic insulation/air sealing, the other contractor encountered some issue on equipment/supply and had to be arranged to happen on different days. Overall, i'm satisfied and will refer my friends who in need of new heating/cooling system

    New furnace and humidifier

    I'm very pleased with the sales person Mr Dustin and the furnace installers who were clean and attention to detail. I have to say that the sales and service was exceptional and they were really good at theirs jobs. I take this opportunity to thank you all for a job well done

    Hvac, new furnace and AC unit install

    Very professional company. Great overall install. The work quality was great and the installers were very knowledgeable with great workmanship. Very happy with their work.
