    dishwasher, toilet, drawer

    I called on Saturday morning. Ofer came a couple of hours later. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and clean. He took the time to ask questions and was able to solve the problems in timely manner. The price I paid was very fair for the work done. I very highly recommend Ofer to anyone who needs excellent, efficient service!

    Washing Machine Repair.

    I spoke to him about my washing machine and he was very helpful. He gave an honest opinion about the problem over the phone, which was that it wasn't worth spending our money to hire him to repair it. He could have easily waited until he came over and charged us the assessment fee. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely call him for the next job.

    Subzero repair

    Excellent service. Highly recommend. Technician was punctual, efficient and knew what he was doing. Would use him in the future.

    Dryer repair no heat

    Dishwasher drain issue was solver for one run

    Invited this guy to fix drain and leaking issue. He disconnected dishwasher, unplugged-plugged one hose, few electrical connectors. Put it back, charged $200. It was OK while he was here. Next day after single run same issue, he refused to fix and refund at least 50%. Paid for nothing.

    i advise you that we will need to change the parts.. and also tald you the price. i tald you that if you will fix it thru LG flat rate warrenty it will be cheaper for you to fix it as the parts coast more then the flat rate warrenty that LG offers. so basically i help you to get it fix cheaper as possible. i tald you that im willing to fix it for you but it will be cheaper for you to go with the flat rate warrenty and then you start threating me that if idont give you your money back you will post a negative feedback. and so you did. wishing you all the best. and fast healings

    Appliance Repair - Dacor wall oven and microwave

    Problems were diagnosed quickly and parts ordered for both appliances during the assessment. The technician completed the repair as soon as parts were available efficiently and with no mess - and it was awkward since both appliances had to be removed from the wall. And he explained how we could minimize the chance of needing repairs in the future. Great job!

AND REMEMBER: self cleaning for the oven is cousing lots of trouble for the mainboard and the heater elements..

    Broken washer - great, honest diagnostics.

    Our washer broke and I luckily stumbled across Ofer's company no this website. Definitely not regretting. Ofer came within 30 mins of me calling him and performed a quit and thorough diagnostics. He was very honest and provided all costs and prices for parts necessary for repairs. He even sent me an exact part and where to buy it if I chose to do the repairs myself. We ended up buying a new washer since it was not worth to repair. I applaud Ofer for being honest, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely recommend him for any appliance repair.

    thank you zohar....i was very happyto helpyou guys...remember: over loading the washer can easy damege the gears or coupler.. and mix fabrics will throw the washer out off balance at high spin...

    Professional and super service

    The freezer of the fridge was not working and the heating element of the clothes dryer did not work. I made an appointment with Octopus Royal. He phoned on the day of the appointment to confirm arrival time, diagnosed the problem with the freezer, very quickly, and fixed the dryer. The service was fast and efficient. Ofer is very knowledgeable about appliances and provided advice about why the machines broke, how to maintain the machines in good working order and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.
