Reply created 22 Oct 2018i advise you that we will need to change the parts.. and also tald you the price. i tald you that if you will fix it thru LG flat rate warrenty it will be cheaper for you to fix it as the parts coast more then the flat rate warrenty that LG offers. so basically i help you to get it fix cheaper as possible. i tald you that im willing to fix it for you but it will be cheaper for you to go with the flat rate warrenty and then you start threating me that if idont give you your money back you will post a negative feedback. and so you did. wishing you all the best. and fast healings

AND REMEMBER: self cleaning for the oven is cousing lots of trouble for the mainboard and the heater elements..

Reply created 8 Sep 2018thank you Nora for beautiful words... remmember... its is highly recommend to let the dryer cool down befor opening the door when it is fully loaded...a hot dryer or opening the door in the midle of the cycle can cous the drum rollers to get wrop and un even..
