    Bed Bug Inspection

    I contacted Provincial Pest Control because I thought I had found a bed bug in my apartment and the technician, Vugar, came to my home on the same day I called for inspection. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and price is very reasonable. Highly recommend this company!

    Rodents removal from backyard.

    Rat control

    I had some signs of rats nesting in the exterior of my home. Vlad responded quickly with numerous bait stations and a specifically placed commercial snap trap. He has since been back to check and replace the bait stations.

    Great quick service

    They did a great job. Asked good questions over the phone, understood what was the issue. When they came out, they again understood what was going on and then from there took action. We haven't had an issue since. Would highly recommend.

    Fast, courteous and effective

    We discovered mice in the course of a major renovation. PPC came out quickly and did a thorough review - found old entrance points and worked with our contractors to close them up. Placed baits which were super effective and came back out to follow up. Thanks

    Very caring service

    We had a great experience. Provincial Pest Control was very responsive and called back right away. I decided to go with them because of their excellent reviews. He even came back after 20 days for a follow up and you can tell he is very caring and passionate about what he does. I strongly recommend this service he even services the Hamilton area.

    Pest Inspection

    We had mice issue in our house. Despite being weekend, we were looking for somebody who can take care of the issue the same day. We contacted Provincial Pest Control. Technician came the same day. He did thorough inspection of interior perimeter inspection but had hard time with exterior one. Technician applied rodent treatment the same day as well. Feel happy. Strongly recommend.

    wasps

    We had a wasp problem - too many wasps inside! Vugar was great - diagnosed and solved the problem with care and courtesy. He also checked the outside of the building for dangerous entry points. No more critters. Thanks Vugar

    MOUSE-FREE

    I rarely write reviews, but my positive experience with Provincial Pest Control prompted me to do so. I became aware of a mouse issue a year ago. The first company I contacted was not thorough or serious in their approach---as I later learned---which meant that the problem continued. By the fall of 2020, I knew I needed to cut my losses and call a different company. I chose Provincial Pest Control based on their reviews, and this time, made a great choice. Vugar (Vlad) is very knowledgeable, thorough, and diligent in his approach, in addition to being very professional and personable. He recently returned for the 2 month post follow-up inspection, and fortunately, the situation is under control. It's not pleasant having pests in one's home, but with Vugar at Provincial Pest Control you will be in good hands and will be able to feel comfortable in your home again.

    Mice treatment.

    Short but in details: 1. Company sent technician the same day, it took just 2 hours to show up for technician. 2 Asking detailed info. 3. Provided detailed inspection of my unit and 2 other side units. 4. Put enough equipment. 5. Called for fallow up in 2 weeks, and came back the next week after follow up via phone. 6. Responded to my late hours messages. 7. Show up 3 more times, since I was keep bugging company. 8. Finally company succeeded. Note: mice did not want to eat chemicals for few weeks. 9. No mice anymore. Strongly recommended. Company was standing behind their promise, behind their job.
