I am SO grateful that I came across Vlad and his team at Toronto Pest Control. As my first experience with a PEST infestation left me traumatized, with countless sleepless nights, I understand how difficult it could be to find someone that is competent, safe (COVID-19), and can get the job done (as it takes multiple visits that costs money). Vlad was a blessing; the same day I called TPC, Vlad came within hours! He took measures beyond public health measures as he maintained a 2 meter distance at all times, always with a mask and even wrapped his shoes with plastic *talk about attention to detail! , listened to my experience carefully, conducted an inspection and at the same time was able to diagnose and start treatment. He could understand the situation and adapt accordingly. He explained the problem in detail, walked me through the steps, and gave me a comprehensive plan to take care of the issue that included a price discount and an additional visit free of charge if the issue exists past the plan we created (that is how you know they are experts). He has been in consistent contact to make sure everything is going smoothly. He is truly one of a kind and cares about his customers, speaking highly about his team at TPC.
