I had a raccoon in my attic. Called Mahamat and he was able to come same day. He knew of raccoon entry into my attic before knocking on my door. He is thorough, professional and follows through. He explained everything to me; called after to see how things were in my attic and did the job to remove animal humanly. I can't speak highly enough of him and his service and professionalism. There were Squirrels in our balcony adjoining the Family room. They had 6-7 baby squirrels and had made it their home & made a big mess there by chewing on all the paper & extra stuff kept there. My kids were scared to open the door & we were very uncomfortable. When I call Home Starz & got in touch with K5 Wildlife, Mohammed picked you the phone & heard the situation & identified the problem rightaway ! He made us all feel so light about it that half of our stress was gone already. Then the same day he planned to visit to see it, so that he could remove the squirrels after 4 days appointment. But Voila ! he came & saw & even removed them rightaway !! Squirrels are gone & not coming back. My kids became his fan & loved his sense of humour & approach in dealing with this situation in such a smiling way & so promptly. Thank to Mohammad. God Bless him.

We were plagued for nearly a year with mice and a rat after moving into a new home. We'd tried everything. Then I ran into Mohamat on the road, and within a week he'd checked out the problem, come back and done the work to get rid of them. Within a week of his visit they were gone! He is kind, knowledgeable, patient! He took the time to explain to us where they were getting in and our best course of action to get rid of them, and then did the work quickly and well! No more mouse droppings!! I'm so happy with Mohamat's work!

Mohammed (not sure correct spelling, sorry) was the most pleasant individual who truly seems to enjoy his work. He was very personable from the very first phone call When I asked him if he was ever frightened dealing with wildlife/pest. His answer reassured me that I had somehow chosen the right person out of all the companies out there. He said that animals can sense whether your intent is to harm them. My issue was bird chirping coming from the vent/fan above my stove. He steathfully climbed a ladder to the broken vent outside my house and pulled out large amounts of debris that a bird had stuffed into the vent. The birds nest with the babies was further inside though. He had to remove my vent/fan above my stove to get to the nest. He carefully pulled out 2 baby birds. One unfortunately had died. The other he placed in the backyard. He reassured me that the mother bird was already communicating with the baby and the bird was close to being able to fly. He put a new cover over my exterior vent and some wire guard over top to prevent further invasions. He also did the same wire guard over 2 other exterior vents at my request. Mohammed also dealt with my bouts of hysteria with sympathetic laughter and words of comfort. I tend to be very squeemish about these kind of things. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone and would definately put him on speed dial for any future pest/wildlife issues. Thanks again Mohammed! Jo

Mahamat came as scheduled to help me deal with a squirrel issue. He was very friendly and professional, wearing boot protectors and even putting a sheet down in my home before setting up his ladder. He explained things well and provided a solution. He has set up mesh on my roof and will be back in two weeks to finish the job. I am confident I picked the best company for the job! K5 Wildlife Services recently did some work to remove a racoon and babies from our attic. He did an excellent job and was able to safely remove the racoon and babies from our attic and he did some work to seal up some points on our sofitts so any racoons don't enter again. Very professional and nice to deal with. I got a couple other quotes from other companies and his prices were better. I would not hesitate to recommend this company
