Mahamut was highly professional. He reviewed the situation I had with a large racoon and managed to setup a release trap from the area the racoon was residing in. Once the pest had left the enclosure it was unable to return since Mahamut secured all entries. The service was quick, reliable and effective. Thank you Mahamut I can now use my garage to store my toddlers toys rather than have it used by our neighborhood racoon as it’s private lavatory.

Knowledgeable, thorough, professional and caring describe Mahamat from K5 Wildlife Services. He visited our home, on the same day that we phoned him, to install a one-way gate in our eaves so our unwanted guest could leave. Within a week he returned to seal the opening so that other wildlife could not renter. Mahamat’s services were reasonably priced and he genuinely cared about the well-being of the squirrel. We had just moved into our home and the first night I heard crawling in the attic. The next night I heard these high pitched fluttering sounds - turned out it was a raccoon and 4 babies living in the attic. I contacted a number of pest removal companies and even had one come out for an official inspection and estimate - $2500! I couldn't believe how high the estimate was. I shopped around some more and came across K5 Wildlife Services here on homestays - after one phone call with Mahamat I knew he was the right man for the job. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He even gave me very good information about how to handle the insurance company claim. He came on time the next day and was very professional and tidy. Full protective suit, gloves, and booties to cover his shoes when walking the through the house. He collected the babies and set them in a warm box for the mother to later retrieve them. My kids loved seeing the babies! Mahamat made it very enjoyable like a zoo lol. He came back the next day to retrieve the warmbox and finish closing up and securing the soffit hole where the raccoon had originally entered. Mahamat is an absolute gentleman and professional. Very highly recommended!

We had a great pleasure working with Mahamat on this project, the job was very difficult because of the height of the roof. He covered up and reinforced every possible entrance that the squirrels and birds had made. He also fixed two roof fascias that were loosened by heavy winds through his own kindness. He finished the job very professionally, and at a reasonable price. We really appreciate Mahamat, and would recommend him for all wildlife control jobs.

Heard noises above damper in fireplace. Thought it was squirrels and they would give up trying to get in. Didnt happen. Called K5 based on reviews on Homestars and seeing our local service having their vans parked at expensive homes (theirs). Called late in day and he showed at 9 the next morning. Got a mother raccoon to leave and found 4 week old babies. Put "cages" over chimney and vents. Left babies outside. Mother picked up 2. Put remaining 2 in heated baby box by chimney and came back next day and they were gone. Cleaned everything up. Extremely happy with Mahamat. He is very honest, knowledgeable, affable and fair priced. Very respectful of the 2 metre distancing. Highly recommended.
