    Attic Pest Control

    I contacted Mahamat suspecting that both mice and squirrels had invaded our attic space. Following a thorough inspection of the attic and exterior walls, Mahamat confirmed back evidence that we had no squirrels but rather bats, as well as the mice. He wrote up a detailed estimate outlining his recommendations and was very receptive to accommodating my concerns within my planned budget. He sealed a number of areas around the soffit and the brick facade, as well as installing various one-way exit doors for both the mice and the bats. He was very diligent and methodical in tackling the job and will be returning to remove the one-way doors within 6 - 8 weeks. In summary, I found Mahamat to be very professional, conscientious and polite and would not hesitate to recommend him for a job well done.

    Prevention of wildlife entering home

    We received great service from K5 Wildlife Services. Timely, courteous, efficient and effective. We were very happy with this service.

    Wildlife Removal

    The absolute best service, very knowledgable and professional. They did a thorough inspection of the property, and diagnosed the problem competently. Would recommend K5 wildlife to everybody. This was the second person I brought in, Hands Down Best.

    great service

    We had a problem with squirrels in our eaves. He responded immediately to our Homestar post, attended at our convenience, and was very helpful, explained things well and took care of our problem. Would definitely use him again. Thanks !

    Raccoon damage repair

    So a raccoon (and maybe more) pulled apart the soffit under a fake dormer over our garage. Still not sure if there is a nest/babies in there, a one-way door was installed for the adults to leave from and hopefully mama raccoon doesn’t have a nest there, but either way this was the best way to proceed. Muhamet was excellent, very logical in his process and proactive in recommending the best course of action to seal up the spaces so that raccoons can no longer make a home in the garage fake dormers. He gave me a quote based on the photos and kept to that, with a few additional things being recommended upon his inspection of the situation. My husband and I are impressed with his work and recommend him.

    Racoon Removal

    Muhamet was wonderful and very skillfull. We were extremely happy and relaxed with the way he handled the racoons. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He also made some great recommendations to secure all area of the house to stop any further animals from trying to enter our home.

    Consultation

    Mr. Abdoulaye came to my house for a consultation. While no major issues were found Mr. Abdoulaye was extremely thorough and took the time to explain things to me in detail. It was reassuring to have someone as qualified and professional as him visit my home. Thank you Mahamet!

    Mice in attic.

    We thought we had a raccoon in our attic. Mahamat was recommended by a friend of ours. Mahamat did a thorough inspection of our attic and the outside of our house. Found that we had mice in our attic instead. Mahamat explained what he would do, was very knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend his services.

    Attic Inspction

    Mahamat was a God sent. He was very pleasant and polite. He inspected our attic thoroughly and brought to our attention of a potential fire hazard with the exhaust fan/duct which he brought to our attention right away. We had another company who inspected our attic and did not noticed the potential fire hazard.He also inspected the exterior of our home and gave us valuable information to keep critters and rodents out. Thanks to Mahamat we are currently having the problem fix to the duct. We will use his services again after the thawing . We highly recommended K5WILDLIFE SERVICE

    Pest Removal

    Raccoon made its way into the roof of my dwelling and i needed expert help to get rid of them. Mr Abdoulaye was recommended to me and he did not disappoint. He was courteous and perform with great professionalism. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what exactly he would be doing. He was able to free me of the raccoon. So, if anyone is looking for someone who is respectful, cares about your home and the quality of work done, give him a try.
